If you have a choice, go to the one in Willowbrook instead. You'll have a much better experience. This one is subpar. They can't make drinks. The food is just okay. And they let people not just bring their dogs in, but sit the dogs in the booth with them where they fed them. And once the couple with the dog left, they didn't wipe the booth down or anything. So God forbid someone sat there with a dog allergy,, they'd be in danger without even knowing why.

Again, go to Willowbrook.

Had fettuccine alfredo was good. Portion size was good.

I am here to talk about a horrible experience and give compliments about Kayla, who saved the day.

We were catching a 12am flight at JFK and decided to dine here since usually it won’t take us too long at this place.

We were seated at 8:03pm and told the front desk that we are catching a flight and had to leave at around 9. However, no one came to the table to bring any water or bread or asked for the order until 8:40pm (37minutes after we were seated). We were lucky that I asked Kayla about the situation and she volunteered to take our order - she was very nice and swift, and I do think she should be rewarded by the manager.

I was later told that our original server had an emergency and was taken off the floor. This means that if I didn’t ask, no one would even notice we were here.

I believe this is a huge oversight from the floor lead. Food was served at 9pm - we rushed through them but still had to waste a big portion of it due to time constraints. We received no apologies, not even a word from the manager, who I asked to talk to.

Anyways, horrible experience, won’t come again.

I was present, and the level of intoxication experienced was alarming. With three days off, it is imperative to prioritize food quality. The well-being of individuals is at stake, and we must ensure their safety.

I ordered a Thai chicken salad which never arrived, I canceled it and then the waiter brought it once everyone at the table was done with their meal and eating dessert, even though I did not want it.
I was still charged for it and was offered a cheesecake slice as an apology for charging me for something I canceled because the restaurant forgot my order.

I waited 10 mins after open for someone to service me at the takeout until the manager had to come out to check me out. Then been here for 30 mins waiting for my food to even get ready! That is truly unacceptable!

Just another Cheesecake Factory. Service is as expected and so is the food. Gets packed quite easily especially during meal hours. Bathrooms weren't as clean. Now that Eataly opened in the same mall, I expect it'll be less crowded.

first off our food was amazingggg! our server, blanco, came over to us quickly and was lovely! she brought us drinks and bread super quick despite how busy they were & took our order efficiently, without making us feel rushed at all. i got + recommend the parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes + string beans, it was sooooo good. my boyfriend got the fish tacos and said they were okay- the rice and beans could have been better. the mac and cheese is also super delicious, too!

our only complaint was the bathroom- none of the toilets were flushing, only one stall had toilet paper, and there were paper towels trashed all over the floor and overflowing out of the garbage- a couple people walked out super annoyed saying they were going to complain, i personally don’t mind that much, however i would say to keep this in mind so other people don’t find something to complain about! overall super nice experience 🩵

I had an absolutely delightful experience at The Cheesecake Factory, one of my favorite spots to dine. The vibrant atmosphere, extensive menu, and every bite are a treat. I always leave with a smile and a happy belly!
