Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and a super cinnamon with cream cheese. Got home and it’s a plain with cream cheese and a raisin bagel with cream cheese. The receipt is correct, worker messed up. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. This is definitely not the first time this place has done this with me.

Sad dried out little egg, sad little piece of cheese, flavorless doughy bagel, extremely unpleasant woman working behind the counter, you can’t just call in an order on the way work, it has to be done online. Way too many better options to ever go back here.

Ive been coming here for a long time and it seems like the longer I come here it gets worse and worse. I ordered a bagel with butter and it barely has butter on it so I order it with extra butter and get the same dry bagel. I ask for a bagel with butter on the side and they cant even cut the bagel for me or give me a knife to put the butter on with. Just disappointing.

We don’t live in the area, but look forward to coming to Bagel Masters every 6 weeks, when we bring our dog to be groomed nearby. Always delicious, always busy( for a good reason) but very short wait because the are working quickly to accommodate.

Ordered an egg and cheese and got a bacon egg and cheese so didn’t like the lack of attention to detail but I do appreciate they have mini bagels in diff flavors. Make your own coffee too which was cool. Nice local spot
