Quick, Delicious stop. This place can get packed however they have a smooth running machine here and that comes in handy for the fellow morning commuter getting breakfast before work. They do specialty bagels and spreads. They do every bagel to perfection not overworking the dough and not overdosing it with sugar. Lovely bagel store on the corner.

It's a good place but their online ordering is not always available. It's pretty frustrating. Also people are touching the food without gloves while preparing.

Been going for many years but last few times, had had poor expereinces.One time waited 25 minutes for a sandwich to be made, whileordering in person. After 15 minutes, i asked the status to the kid at counter, who was overwhelmed, lied to me on status, said was being made and be ready in a minute, 5 minutes later, I asked someone else and they told me they had to make another batch of onion bagels and that the delay would be 10 more minutes. . I told them just give me plain instead, I had waited long enough. my sandwich was done in a couple minutes after that. Wish they were more proactive.Another time, I got a porkroll and cheese with extra porkroll, the $7 sandwich came with 4 thin slices of porkroll, which was barely the size of one thick cut slice anywhere else. Not cool, when paying extra. Also same visit online system said 30 minutes and to wait until ready before showing up. Got a notice food was ready 10 minutes later. Immediately left and got there in 5 minutes. The cooked sandwich was on counter (in a bad w bagels) and already cold. A third time got onion bagels and when got home, they were garlic bagels. Disappointed with last few visits, hope they work out their issues.

Starting our shift on Medic Unit #1202 with a cancel at Complete Care of Shrewsbury, made a stop at a place we haven't been to since before COVID...Today's sandwich was Bacon, Egg, Cheese, Jalapenos on a toasted Rye Bagel with SPK!!!Fantastic tasting sandwich, fresh ingredients, eggs and bacon fried to perfection!!!It's a shame we made this stop at the end of the 8 week rotation...

Awesome bagels but they turn off online orders when it gets too busy. I don't kneed it enough to wait in line for it. Maybe you should expand instead of turning away customers.

Bagelmaster use to have the best bagels around. Now it’s hit or miss and lacks the quality they use to have. Still can rely on them for a decent PEC\BEC.

Long wait. Give the wrong items to you.They sell flagels-don’t order one-it’s not a flagel. Very disappointed every time I go there. I will not be going back after today. Terrible experience.
