We went for the first time for dinner. The place was empty and the person that serve us was awkward and not too friendly. That should have been a red flag. The food was ok,I expected a little better quality. The mac and cheese had no flavor and was watery, the turkey breast and corn bread were both very dry. The mashed potatoes were ok not too bad. The cream spinach was ok but it had too much dairy or something because it have me a stomach ache. The only thing that I can say that I kind of like was the meatloaf.I also did not like that they charge $3 and change for a water bottle.

Ordered food from Boston market via door dash. The delivery guy rhat was there waiting for our order messaged me and said he saw the Boston market worker handling raw chicken (with no gloves on) and then handling our food. ? Absolutely disgusting! I called there and asked to speak to a manager to tell them what went on and all he said was “I’m sorry, I had no idea.” Well I sure hope you had no idea ??‍♀️?

First, this place was out of mac and cheese (the whole reason I was there in the first place). Then, they had to take time to bring out new food because old food had just been sitting there and they waited til someone asked for the food to actually get fresh stuff. The worst part of the experience was the food itself. It was probably some of the blandest food I've ever tasted, and that's saying something coming from me. I've been to a lot of Boston markets and have never been this disappointed before. Staff were very indifferent, not rude but not friendly either.

The food was good for the most part. They seemed to be overran by food app orders, which really strained the staff and lengthened the time. Wasn't too much of a problem except that they put out the sides ASAP and I guess as a result some of the food (like the mashed potatoes) were cold when we thought it'd be fresh and hot.

Very disappointed with my latest meal. I’ve loved the consistency of Boston market but this was so disappointing. Overly cooked chewy chicken, potatoes and gravy with zero flavor, and hair wrapped around the bone in the chicken. Such a waste of money sadly

3 times in a row, they don't have bread for there carver sandwiches, and they only have turkey or chicken. No other meats

Sold out of almost everything by 6:30 p.m. Saturday night. Closed due to lack of product at 7:00 p.m. and not 9:00 p.m., even though the sign on door shows 10:00 p.m. What they had was horrible. Never going back.

George, is one of the nicest store manager's I have ever met. So kind and personable. He is the reason we keep coming back. The food is great too!!

Jeez the food is gross here. And badly packaged. Every time I order, there's a problem with something. Sometimes it's spilled soup, sometimes it's an intestine in the chicken, but no more. Never again.

I've eaten at this Boston Market location many times but have never experienced staff as rude and unprofessional as I did on my last visit the afternoon of December 26. In fact, the staff is usually friendly and helpful. Both people working there that day ignored us, pretending we weren't there (no greeting or acknowledgement that we were waiting). In fact neither person said a word, or even looked at us, when greeted and asked a direct question. Both walked up to the food area, did what needed to be done and walked away as if we were invisible. I will most likely never return to Boston Market as a result.

I called 11/22/22 in the morning before the location in Shrewsbury opened and a manger answered and advised he was busy and to c/b in an hour. Because of working I was unable to call until later. I wanted to know the difference in price between @ very similar items on the menu and the Haitian Manager rudely advised that one can't get the one item online; it's in store only. I was not even able to finish a word without his finishing what he thought I was going to say so much that it was frustrating. Another man came on and advised he's the supervisor in charge? I tried to explain that I was calling to ask for the difference in price and items between 2 family meals on the menu and he did the same thing. I actually cut in at his rudeness and stated, "I don't know how understaffed or busy you are but both of you did not allow me to complete my question, interrupted me and responded to my question before it was finished. I am hanging up now." and I did. I JUST wanted to know: when it comes to the Thanksgiving family meal for 3, (which the Haitian manager advised was $45.99 but sounded unsure.) VS what the cost and difference is from the Family feast for 3, which the same guy quoted as $39.99 but it is $34.99 online, what are the differences/similarities? AND: Does your location not honor the menu price listed online? Seems like some don't know the cost of menu items.

Had the new rotisserie nuggets they were excellent the flaming hot sauce was real tasty I want to check if they sell it in a bottle. The sides were good too and it wasn't real expensive. I tried their spicy chicken sandwich too and that was very tasty and fresh. The service was excellent and very quick. I'm going to try the pulled pork next time.

The food was under cooked, chicken was pink in the inside and to top it off I think I got food poisoning from it! Thank you
