This is easily the worst Bubakoos. My wife and I recently relocated from south jersey and were excited to have Bubakoos in the area since we’ve been going to several other Bubakoos for years now. But we’ve tried this one a few times and have been disappointed pretty much every time. Missing food, wrong food, rude staff, and just disappointing. Just recently ordered some sides to have as appetizers but we got jalapeño poppers instead of pot stickers, and cauliflower instead of saucy wraps. There were also no sauces or salsas included.

I was excited to try this establishment for lunch. I love Mexican food and have never tried this food chain. When I entered the store there were several people waiting for their orders. As I reviewed the menu, I seen that some customers were getting upset because of the wait. I was in line for 10 minutes and no one took my order. Due to being on a time schedule, I had to leave. I will try the food chain again but not at this location. I read in their reviews that they were faster than chipotle and that was absolutely not the case!

The food is great but its impossible to order through the website. Everytime I try to order there is an issue. Today I got an error message saying the order can't be validated. Any business in 2025 should have a functioning website.
