We went in 45 minutes to close we wanted something quick that we know would be good. Walking up the open sign was off so we were confused but the door was open. The floors were already mopped and as you walked up they were cleaning behind the counter. There was no food in the warmers expect for the pico and lettuce. As we tried to order we were stared at like we weren't paying customers standing in front of them. The first order they had the ingredients. When we went to order the other two entrees we were informed they didn't have nacho cheese. We decided that was okay and then asked for grilled chicken as the meat. This was also informed as they do not have but they have shredded or crispy but that would take 4 minutes like it's an inconvenience to them. When we decide against the other two entrees we basically were dismissed as we paid for the entree that was made. We would have left it but we paid since it was made already. This customer service was terrible for two people that work in customer service everyday. We took our 40 dollars worth of business else were that we were going to spend at that moment of times.

Always appreciate Bubbakoo's. I miss their old Sea Bright location so when I have a need for a quick fix, I'll had over to Shrewsbury and enjoy their quick Mex cuisine.

Came in yesterday afternoon to pick up a catering order and the staff were so nice! (It was just rice and beans) but they went the extra mile to make sure the food was made fresh and were very accommodating and friendly. Plus, I always get a good meal here. Thanks Bubbakoos Shrewsbury!

I usually love this place, but this locations employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. Me and my family were standing there for about 5 minutes until the guy in the back acknowledged us. The girl in the back just gave a nasty look. They told us they were out of a lot of things, which I understand. It happens. But while they were doing my burrito, the girl was just complaining the whole time about how bad her day is and how they don’t like the place. Right in front of me and my family. Barely even acknowledging we were there. Our burritos were about 75% rice, 25% the other stuff. After we sat down to eat , another guy came out and took another girls order. I’m sure I heard him call her bro. And he looked like he was on something. I usually don’t write reviews but the service and unprofessionalism i experienced needs to be recongized.

If you are looking for healthy food on the go, but looking for something more filling than a salad try the Burrito Bowls here. Try and come up with a better option elsewhere, I dare ya!! Consistently clean, fast service and delicious healthy food.
My friends and I had a great experience today thanks to Teresa and Naya. They were so helpful and outgoing. The food was delicious and they added so much to the experience. We will definitely be coming back!

The manager, Miss Theresa is AMAZING! She is the sweetest woman I have ever came across and her personality is off of the charts!! She is the face of what every manager should be at any place of work! I say she deserves a huge raise. We will no longer be going to West Long Branch Bubbakoos just because of her and her astonishing customer service!! I unfortunately did not get the name of the other young woman that was working tonight but she too has an amazing personality and deserves a raise as well!! Thank you ladies for making us great food and giving us a good time and great conversation while we were there ??
