Got really great service here as a customer. Then one day I came in as a Doordash delivery driver and was treated like the scum of the earth. Complete lack of integrity. Doordash drivers can be converted into customers or turned away being one. have integrity and treat everyone the same!

Ok..I saw the pics of the food and decided to go. Now I expected black cooks "known" for a certain type of seasoning on the chicken to be behind the counter, and to my surprise...it wasn't. As I was about to do my best MJ, and moonwalk right back the hell out, I said Phuket, imma give it a shot. Now whether it's Italian, Mexican, Asian, soul food, etc. I'm leaning towards that person "known" for cooking the food it's best. FTR I have had plenty of bland fried chicken..consistently, so I'm specific about where I get it and who's cooking it. Today I wasn't in the mood for bland chicken...so I prayed for the best. To my surprise..the chicken was seasoned, the FRIES were seasoned too GTFOH (and not just salt I don't think)!! With that being said, "never judge a book by its color". I tore that 3 piece apart! Fossilized all 3 of em bitches! If you can fossilize a THIGH...u know it was good! Great job to the cook, management, whoever caught them chickens, everybody. I also let them know how well it was seasoned. Was it the best chicken in the world..Noo..but it was still good AF! Food was great, didn't need to be double dipped and extra extra crispy bullshit. It was perfect the way it was, right amount of seasoning and crunch and def will be back! I usually top out at 4-stars cause 5 means u can't go no higher, but for what I ordered, the food and price, was perfect, zero complaints, 5 stars!

Forget KFC,Popeyes and the Fast Chicken places. If you want to have real FRESH well seasoned, juicy,crispy fried chicken. You know. The type that doesn't slime with grease and make you feel ill after eating it. This is your place. Three times I've ordered, and 3 times it has been consistent and delivered a quality take out experience. The staff is friendly, they are efficient and on time with orders. The chicken being the star is truly one of the best in the state. Cooked fresh, not laying around and drying out. Sides are good portions and the prices are very competitive to the market. Considering what KFC wants for their meals, going here is a no brainer. Will be back Many Many times!

We have been regulars of Chicken Kitchen for years. We order a lot. Food is always good, deliver is usually reliable and when it's been slow we have never taken "issue" bc it's always been within reason, and the ladies who deliver are lovely... and stuff happens, we get it. However, tonight @ 5:20 I called on my way home from work to place an order bc we had plans to go to a Christmas event that we needed to leave for by 6:50. I asked how long delivery would take, trying to gauge if it would be quicker to pick up. I was told 45-60 min. Placed an order of 3 items for delivery. When I called at 7:12 to find out what was going on, I was put on the phone with the manager. I explained that we had tickets to take our now very hangry 7 y/o to a holiday event and needed to know when the food would arrive bc we were already going to be late. He told me "Your order went out. You know the ladies who deliver for me. Its 4 days before Christmas and there's traffic". That's it. No, 'sorry for the inconvenience', 'here's $10 off your next order', 'do you want a refund?'. Just basically, you're SOL, lady. Such abhorrent customer service! Our food arrived at 7:28. We missed our seating for our Christmas event, being out $80, but worse missing out on family time my child was excited for. Chicken Kitchen clearly doesn't value its customers. They lost our business. We will go to Claudies going forward.

Hit or Miss. How I will describe this fried chicken place. Hit or Miss if it is open and Hit or Miss on quality. My family have been getting our fried chicken fix for years from here and always happy, but the last couple of years are failing. A few times over the last couple of years my wife has gone to get a meal on the way home from work and the place is closed!? And not the Monday closed day. Appears to be too big of a business as not to have staff in place to stay open when maybe owners need time away. With a recent closed time, my wife got our fried chicken fix from a fast-food, joint not too far down the road. And turns out it was very good from the fast-food place. Last night my wife stopped by to get some chicken for dinner, and it was the worst ever we have had from this place or any place really. Very small pieces and dry and just not the normal from here. Very disappointing! I think our new go to is a fast-food chain, which is a shame as I like to support local, but not with these unreliable situations. Not sure I will give this place another chance.

Great food, great price, and the food was waiting for us when we came to pick it up doesn't get better than that! Had the ribs and they fell off the bone with two pieces of crispy fried chicken and some fries - I knew I was full but couldn't stop until it was all gone, it was that good. My wife loved the tenders with Mac & cheese. Would recommend!

I like this place: good food, reasonable prices, and mellow atmosphere. Usually I get 10 wings; my favorite sauces are regular hot sauce or honey barbecue. The Cajun barbecue sauce tastes too much like ketchup. The lemon pepper isn't bad, but is a little salty. The container of blue cheese is enough to dip all of them, and.the wings themselves have sufficient meat. I did get the shrimp once, it was good.
