Other reviews stating negative experiences here are correct, they are always either running low or out of advertised ingredients. Chicken, pork and the beef was practically empty, there were no drinks.... not even the fountain drinks were refilled alongside the batch drinks. The staff seem to be working short regularly, and have bad attitudes because of it. This is a newer location and it's horrible... it's anyone managing it?! Either go to bubakoos or the one near the old monmouth mall.

Serving counter near register is always messy when it can be wiped clean in a matter of seconds. Also … servings are always unequal as servers give more food to certain groups than others!!!

Managers ry and furman were great! Super helpful, friendly and great demeanor! Definitely plan to come back to this chipotle, thank you for the positive experience :)

If u could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order for a 1:00pm pick up and got to the location at around 12:40 and my order was already ready. My job is not even 5 minutes away and when I opened my bowl it was freezing cold. The worker that gave me my order was also very rude. Will not be returning to this chipotle

My boyfriend went to get us lunch, everything we wanted and our backups “they ran out of”… how do you not have enough food in stock? You’re a chain restaurant, you should have enough food.

Typically, I don’t complain. I call privately to see if we can rectify the situation. …Unfortunately, they have a BOT taking their calls!! No live person will get on the phone. We spent over $35 for two meals and chips. Both meals were wrong and the chips were stale. Can you see all of the fajita veggies in my meal? And the guacamole? ? I thought if I called we could figure it out, or I could discreetly let them know where they messed up. Ridiculous. Nope! …never again. Good luck.

They charged me the incorrect price and forgot to put double chicken on my burrito. On top of that, they put hot salsa instead of mild. I’m done with this place. I hadn’t eaten Chipotle in 2 years and after this experience I won’t be going back. What happened to this place?

the short review will only based off food, my service pretty average nothing to go crazy about and the place looked suitable. I went in for a burrito and MAN, it was filled, maybe a little bit too filled, but i definitely got what I paid for in comparison to Eatontown which I go to consistently, it was like night and day in taste and portions. Maybe I got lucky, but the line went smoothly and I was in and out in a few minutes, but I’m definitely taking the extra minute drive to here if this is how I’ll be served. Thanks!!

Rye the "Store manager" is disgusting, rude, and should not be serving customers.
She rang me up and touched cash without changing her gloves and went back to scooping food for the people behind me. Not only a health hazard, but shows how disgusting all of that food is now and contaminated with germs from the money. My food went right in the trash, $10 is not worth me getting sick because Rye refuses to take 2 seconds to change her gloves.
I watched her scream and fight with a group of people who were two places in front of me in line(Who asked for her corporate number and her name because they were so angry with her), then she was snippy and short with the couple directly in front of me. Then my food comes along and she just glares at me. No "what can I get for you", no acknowledgement that I just watched her scream at a family and be rude to the couple in front of me. Just glaring at me with an intimidating stare as if I was bothering her for being there.
She was also yelling loudly at her employees and nitpicking on a teenaged boy worker for everything he did. She literally yelled at the poor kid and said "IM TAKING YOU OFF THE LINE YOURE DOING TOO MUCH" Um what? Who yells at a worker for doing a good job? Or maybe you're not doing enough if a teenaged boy is working circles around the "Store manager"? And to humiliate him in front of everyone like that is uncalled for regardless.
Businesses like this hire managers like Rye, so everyone quits because shes rude, and customers don't come back because of her, and then the business owners will complain "nobody wants to work these days". I was only in there for 30ish minutes and watched her be unhygienic by not changing her gloves after handling cash, AND being absolutely nasty to everyone she encountered including her employees.
Looking at other 1 star reviews here, they also mention her by name. She's a problem and if Chipotle does nothing about it they're setting this new location up to fail.

I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow. Showed up at the time that the app said my food was supposed to be ready. Used the drive thru and 10 minutes went by before someone came to help. It was another 15 minutes to get the food. For chipotle prices, I expected much better.

1st time I ordered at this location. Ordered to pick up at the drive thru but the line of cars was not moving so I had to go inside to pick up my order. Still, I waited 45 min for a burrito bowl. No way to leave and get a refund since I paid through the app. The place had trash all over, garbage cans overflowing, eating tables dirty. Several people waiting in line frustrated. Service was so disorganized, one of the servers climbed on her knees / jeans to pick up a container at the same table they prepare the food. Yikes.

Place is dirty and poorly managed. Orders are often wrong and personnel is rude at times. Some of the employees often eating food off the board with gloves they put on to protect from contamination. Seems like more of a “hangout” for the employees rather than a place of business.
