Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don't even like writing Google reviews but here we are. Listen, Ive personally worked at a Chipotle before and I completely understand how tiring it can be but this one dude who was on the line looked like he was literally on life support. Did not say a single thing and I kept repeating my order just in case he didn't here but apparently he does and I just feel bad. Like other reviews mentioned only that dude was on the line. I'm not even complaining out of like frustration or anger. It's genuine concern. If ure somehow reading this bro, hopefully you get some time off

At this location on 20 October 2025. A roach walked by on the floor directly below the line where you wait for food. Do not eat here.

I've been to this Chipotle four times and every time I'm sitting there waiting for at least 20 minutes and people are just standing behind the counter doing nothing.

About nine people waiting in line with no one behind the counter. Eventually, someone came out and said they’re no longer taking in person orders and it’s online only. She then proceeded to go on her phone and sit in the corner. This chipotle is notorious for having horrible customer service and the food quality is not good as well.

Trapped in the pickup lane for an hour because people are too dumb to realize it’s not a drive-thru, and the staff are too apathetic to tell them to go inside. Food wasn’t even ready by the time we got to the window. This location sucks.

Three people total working with a huge line plus the drive through. Don’t order online and pay first here as you might be waiting a long time.

This place is complete garbage get your shit together. Just waited in line for 20 min for them to have absolutely 0 of anything , no idea how they are in business still

In my opinion Chipotle has gone downhill when it comes to service and cleanliness. The food is still consistent but the service is slow and unorganized. Employees do not multitask and it shows, especially when the to go station is backed up, other employees on the other stations who are not busy just stand there and watch the struggle. The restaurant itself is often messy and not well maintained. It has become a frustrating experience compared to what it used to be.

I really love that we can choose our own ingredients to customize the meal. I went with chicken, rice, and beans, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
My whole family enjoyed it, and the portions were generous. My daughter especially loved the guacamole and chips, which were perfectly seasoned and fresh. Overall, it was a great experience.
