Dissatisfied with my visit. The staff would not remove the bacon from the current $6 special sandwich. They could have just gave it to me separately if here is literally no way to make the sandwich without grabbing the bacon.
And on top of the that the bathroom (men’s) was absolutely disgusting. Poop literally smeared on and around the toilet.

Today I got the worst service I've ever get from this specific location, first the person who took my order didn't know how to put the order the right way in the computer, she took almost two minutes to finally put my order of only two coffees through. It was a good thing that this time I didn't throw the receipt away, so after they give me my coffees one of them wasn't made the way I've order it and when I went to ask them to correct the mistake both the manager on shift and the lady who took my order gave me an attitude... Omg I couldn't believe they have the nerve to get mad for something that it was their fault in the first place! That's why I suggest that they should hire people that are going to give you the service you deserve since you are paying for what you order. They really acted like I was asking them for a favor... I'm not coming back of course because every time there's something bad about their service.

Visited Dunkin’ in RB on NS Rd. It’s Sept and the first day this season I had Pumpkin coffee which I will enjoy as a daily treat until it is not available. It was delicious from the first sip. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I also ordered an old fashioned donut bc WTH it’s Fri of LDW. The particular one I received was lighter in color (beige not warm brown)and I feel a little under cooked. It didn’t turn me off from ordering them in the future but I will pay more attention to the selection before I order. I had no problems pulling into the parking lot, finding a spot or getting out onto Broad St S. Still a great start to my LDW!
