Ordered a gluten free cheese steak with peppers and onions yesterday. 2 hrs later started throwing up, shaking, chills and sweating real bad. Had to call ambulance, when they got there they said bad food poisoning. Doesn't anybody do quality control on the stuff they use

Quite a few times now I’ve ordered my sub and unchecked oil, yet they still soak the sandwich. It was soggy and drenched in oil. It just gets a little annoying that they don’t look at the customizations.

Staff was so rude especially one of the lady’s that usually make the sandwiches if you are so insensitive and can’t tolerate people why put on a uniform to come to work then stay home with your attitude

Took my elderly mother there for lunch and Robert saw us attempting to the cross the parking lot. This young man came outside to help us into the store. Robert went above and beyond and made us feel welcome and special and appreciated. You don't see young kids these days often looking at for others and this was such a pleasant experience.

Parking: Always parking and can quickly move through and get your food!

ordered from here and for the 2nd time they didn't have the bread i requested; white bread was substituted and both times it was hard as a brick, definitely wasn't fresh. i didn't call to complain abt the first time but this time i did. robert, the manager seemed apologetic enough but quite frankly a simple phone call to say we're outta such-and-such bread would have sufficed. you assume i want white bread when quite frankly if that's what you have i'd rather no sandwich at all. and when i pick-up my order, no one even says anything abt the bread substitution. that's not good customer service. and it sucks bc i put a tip in the jar on the counter and didn't even get what i ordered. smh.

Love the whole wheat rolls! And I can customize the sub to my liking. Best subs around.
Worst jersey Mike's I've been too. And I witnessed a jersey Mike's employee take a dirty rag and pick up lettuce with it and put in back in the tub. That was is NC. But I could smell the gentleman's body odor standing ordering my food. Thinking I should leave. He needed deodorant or cologne. Asked for a 7. No he put ham on it instead of turkey. Felt a little sick later too. I'll drive to Middletown next time.

I just wanted to give a positive review here. The Manager at this location does an amazing job. He used to work in West Long Branch. Always professional, great service.. Jersey Mike's is lucky to have such an excellent manager.

So sad. I wanted a Turkey sub and it’s a shame they can’t open the other slicer to use for those that don’t eat pork. Although the young lady wiped the slicer it wasn’t sprayed or anything. Just wiped spreading the ham all over. Come on Jersey mikes you can do better. You have more than one slicer. Needless to say I didn’t get a sub for myself. When asked if the other slicer could be used for people who don’t eat pork the reply was no. I was asked if I had an allergy if I did wiping would not have prevented a reaction. Cross contamination does not stop by using a damp cloth. staff is always polite.
