This is one of the locations to avoid. Love jersey Mikes, but each location is different, and I’d drive twice the distance to get a better meal. Online order was very wrong, no condiments on any subs, bread tasted funny, and was more like going to a Subway chain.

Very unprofessional location. I ordered on doordash and they forgot half my order, I tried to call to ask for a refund and no one answered the phone even though they’re open for another hour. No one got back to me, and I’m extremely unhappy with my visit. I won’t be returning!

Very friendly staff!

I have been to the other local JM’s and in the future will only go to this one.

The sandwiches are prepared and taste the same, the friendly service is not.

My sister Stopped in, placed an order, paid for it and scheduled pick up at 1:00. I got there at 1:05 and the order was not started. After half an hour I asked what the hold up was. I was told they were busy and couldn’t keep customers walking in the door waiting. What?! Manager was useless!!

I can’t believe this place is still in buisness. I came in for lunch and had a terrible experience . Not only were the employees rude to my grandma who is almost 80 years old but the PROFANITY she heard made her cry on the ride home . Where is the management??? We overheard co workers speaking about “smoking gas” prior to making our food . One even said he couldn’t wait to “buss a load “ when he gets home…. my grandma should never have to hear this kind of language nor should any customer

This Shrewsbury place is way better

The staff exhibited a lack of enthusiasm and was not particularly welcoming.
Inquired about the addition of oil and vinegar to the salad, they responded that they had done so, but there was no vinegar or oil present. I will never visit this Jersey Mike's store again.
Very disturbing. Alway's been a loyal customer.

Ordered a gluten free cheese steak with peppers and onions yesterday. 2 hrs later started throwing up, shaking, chills and sweating real bad. Had to call ambulance, when they got there they said bad food poisoning. Doesn't anybody do quality control on the stuff they use

Best tasting subs in southern PA

Parking: Plenty of spots to park unless Rita’s is crowded. If none there is plenty in shopping center lot across street

Quite a few times now I’ve ordered my sub and unchecked oil, yet they still soak the sandwich. It was soggy and drenched in oil. It just gets a little annoying that they don’t look at the customizations.

Staff was so rude especially one of the lady’s that usually make the sandwiches if you are so insensitive and can’t tolerate people why put on a uniform to come to work then stay home with your attitude

Took my elderly mother there for lunch and Robert saw us attempting to the cross the parking lot. This young man came outside to help us into the store. Robert went above and beyond and made us feel welcome and special and appreciated. You don't see young kids these days often looking at for others and this was such a pleasant experience.
