Unfortunately they omitted a bowl of potato soup from an office lunch order. When called they did not make good . The person answering said he would send the missing item once a door dasher got there. Needless to say the soup never arrived and neither did a refund.

My coworker and I bring a group of adults with ‘special needs’ here once in while and everyone here is amazing. They are patient while we order food and don’t mind us taking up tables. They give us smiles and greet us warmly. We really appreciate this location and the people that work here.

I ordered a grilled cheese, no American cheese. I got charged for grilled cheese and got dry toast! No cheese! They literally have three or four types of cheese! The opinion soup was not hot AT all, so much so that the so called cheese in that was just tiny strips of unmelted whatever. The fruit cup had no berries. None. Do better Panera!

The customer service was so nice. Especially Anthony and Victor, he made sure my experience was memorable.
My son has been admitted to Monmouth medical center too many times that I would like to count. As a treat I have taken him to the Panera in Shrewsberry because it isn’t far from the hospital. We have met the Manager Jen on many occasions and he absolutely loves seeing her. She is so kind to him and has noticed his hospital bracelet and has taking extra care with him. Although he doesn’t enjoy his hospital stays he loves his Panera visit and seeing his favorite Manager Jen! Thank you so much Jen for your kindness. It means so much to us.

In an ever changing and unstable world one of the few things I can count on are the smiles I get from Jennifer and her team when I walk through the door. This is real customer service. Atmosphere is great. Fireplace is cozy in the Winter.
