Love this Shoprite! Can't find many shoprites that add eggplant into Deli sandwiches.Today bought :Eggplant, cappicola, fresh Mozzarella, tomatoes,lettuce,onions,salt,pepper, oil vinegar, little mayo. $8.99 1/2 sub

Bring back the 30 or fewer self check out lanes. Ridiculous that I was pulled off the 20 or fewer because I had 24 items. Long lines not worth coming here!

Worst checkout experience ever. Too many full service checkout lanes closed. Too many self checkout lanes closed. Any self checkout lanes that were open allowed too few items. Lack of staffing is not an excuse. Pay a liveable NJ wage and you'll get employees.

Shift manager Cheri was extremely helpful. She assisted on a transaction problem that the person at the register was struggling to fix. She stepped in without being asked, was very kind and exhibited exemplary customer service. I hope Shop Rite know what an asset of an employee that they have. I wrote the review as a thank you to her for going the extra mile with a smile and a can do attitude. Ms Cheri, i hope they give you a raise because you deserve it!

Used to be good. They still have everything you need and good sushi and deli options, but the customer service has gone down in quality because they have a bunch of self checkouts but they’re all closed and there’s always lines everywhere. To Amazon I go.

Have I mentioned before how I hate shoprite? They put these"sales" on. But for some you need to download the app and then download the digital coupon before ringing it up. And others you need the coupon from the circular and still others, just rings up normal at checkout. Oh and don't forget, you have to first have a membership card and then put your phone number in. I do self check out now because of this because a year or so ago I came here and the check out woman didn't ask me if I have a membership. So I had to go to customer service to get the money back. I feel like these are corporate tactics to get you to purchase items that you think are on sale, and if you aren't paying close attention at the checkout, you just end up paying full price. Which is what they want.
