This is a friendly place with good quality food in general. My order was messed up (one item missing) and the manager made up for it in a generous way. That’s good public relations in my opinion.

Every time I order online they always forget something. I love your salads but come on this is the 3rd time this has happened. Also if I’m paying 18$ for a salad I would expect it to have more protein. Really stingy with the protein portion.

Always late with the order. I made an online order, waited 15 minutes, and the app notified me that the order was ready. I go to pick it up, but what do you think, they didn't even start my order! What the hell? There are two people in the place, and six staff. Six staff, damn it! What were they doing? They were talking to each other! This is just crap for this price range. The level of service is just disgusting.
