We went in for dinner approximately 6:45 pm on March 17, 2025. I ordered a Harvest Bowl with Spinach as the base, my daughter ordered the Chicken Pesto Bowl and asked for extra broccoli. They were out of chicken, sweet potatoes, avocado and I’m not sure what else. We had to wait for chicken to be cooked which took more than 10 minutes when the man was making my bowl he realized there wasn’t any sweet potato and said I would have to wait for another 10-15 minutes for that to be cooked. Instead of waiting AGAIN I chose something else we got a glass bottle of tea and paid. When I sat down and opened my salad, I saw that the chicken that I had waited for was nothing but fat and dark meat! I do not eat dark meat or FAT. not to mention there was only about 1/2 the amount of spinach that there should have been in the bowl. I’ve eaten this salad many times in the past and never had dark fatty chicken. I brought it to the counter and told the man who made it for me, and he told someone else that basically just took it and asked what I ordered, the. Asked for my cc and refunded me. He didn’t offer me anything else in place of the chicken or an apology nothing… The sad part is there are people working at this establishment that aren’t concerned with customer satisfaction and that’s a big problem in today’s society.

I have used the app to place an order twice and both times, I had to wait a half hour to 40 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. I consider that to be a great overestimation. The food was good as always, but frustrating to have to wait that much longer. It is best to go there and order your food.

Every time we order from the app for pick up the portions are smaller than usual and something is ALWAYS wrong or missing. Yesterday I got an email that said my order was ready at 5:30. It took until 6:08 to actually complete it because they said they were waiting for steak to be cooked. When I got home the steak bowl had chicken in it. Avocado was missing from another dinner and goat cheese and almonds were missing from a third. Our fourth dish was missing dressing!!! Very frustrating because this is a recurring problem and we are foolish enough to keep giving them another chance. It’s a Shame because this place has so much potential and great dishes. If only they could manage to hire competent people!

3rdtime, Sweet green messed up order. I paid for the for food. First time salmon was missing, 2nd time, the entire order is wrong, third time dressing is missing. They don't do anything about it .

I ordered for the first time this evening upon recommendation of a few people. I was excited and ordered two make-your-own bowls - one chicken and one steak. Both $20-22. They were delivered by Door Dash. I was shocked at the amount of food. Both bowls barely covered the bottom of the cardboard bowl. Maybe 5 little - very little - pieces of chicken and 5 little pieces of steak. Stale tortilla chips. Maybe a half cup of rice. Very dry and cold - which I get it may get cold from delivery time but was dried out. I thought something was wrong when my husband opened the order and showed me the bottom of the bowl and the little amount of food. It DEFINITELY does not match at all what is shown online in the pictures. I know it may not be that beautiful but really, the quantity??? Maybe it was a kids' version, I thought?. It could barely feed one person. With a total of over 60$ from Door Dash, I was shocked and disgusted. Really disappointed. Will not order again.

Seriously, why is it so hard to contact the store via phone call? It's an automated system with no option to talk to anyone in the store. Ridiculous. Food is great though but my god the customer service phone system is a nightmare.

Food was good, nice to have so many options for salad. Service folks are amazing. We have visited several times and they are so nice, friendly and upbeat.

Out of few times I've come to this location, the order usually comes out wrong. I usually order the Shroomami salad, and on numerous occasions the salad was missing the mushrooms and/or another ingredient! Never had an issue with NYC locations.
