Applebee's Grill + Bar

My 97yr old aunt and I had gone to Applebee's after a doctor visit. We had appetizers and dinner. We were greeted by Melisa and a trainee, Gary. We had gotten gr8 service and Melisa answered any questions that we had and was so pleasant to have as our waitress. We will be back in the near future and with any luck we'll have Melisa as our waitress. A very wonderful experience. Thank you.

Always good food and great service.

My last two experiences at this applebees were just disgraceful.first one I ordered through door dash and my steak was completely raw and dripping blood 🤮 and they wouldn't remake my order I had to accept door dash credit;which is fine but this second experience ruined this location for me. I took my friend and my two kids and the server was very generous and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I ordered the 2 for 29 and ordered two salads . I received my salad and noticed it had an extra kind of crunch to it I just figured it was either extra pepper or maybe some breadcrumb dust... I start mixing my salad and noticed a black chunk at the bottom of my bowl with further analyzing by my friend and I we realized it was a chunk of DIRT! WITH ROOTS! I look more in the salad and noticed smaller pieces throughout. We address the manager and he seemed very unconcerned and barely apologized . Needless to say he didn't care and I assumed I was walking out of there paying for dirt, BUT we shared what happened with our server JEFF (who only works on Sundays I will add) and he was just as concerned as we were and he spoke to the manager and had us taken care of ... All in all the manager was useless and Jeff should take his place!! (Also I might dd the manager came back to our table and took my informationbecause after investigating they found the bag was bad and wanted to make sure I didn't get sick, which was worrisome). I wish there was another way to recognize our server for his sincere actions he really deserves a praise

Went in for Happy Hour at the Sicklerville NJ location and was not greeted at the door and ended up seating myself. Took 10 minutes to get the wait staff to acknowledge me. I placed an order for wings with sauce on the side, artichoke dip and glass of ice tea with extra lemon and Splenda on the side. The waitress took 15 minutes to just bring me my drink and the place was not busy at all. When the wings came out, they had the sauce on them. I mentioned to the man who brought them out. He went back and told my waitress, and she came out and said, " Do you want to place another order with the sauce on the side because you only said the Splenda on the side!" My reply was no, this is fine, but I did say sauce on the side, and she rolled her eyes and walked away. She has not come back and asked if I need anything or if everything is alright. She just sent another waitress out to give me my bill. The waitress' name was Melissa. When she gave me the check and I paid her, she never said one word .

Greeted promptly. Food was great and wait staff very attentive. Update: Again, was seated promptly. However, I sat for 10 minutes before a server came to wait on another table, and I let him know I was still waiting for a server. He informed me that the Hostess did NOT tell him she had seated me! He was very cordial and took my order promptly. My only wish is that there was a section for adults only!!

Everything was good. Just a little cold for my taste to include my food.
