Applebee's Grill + Bar

I used to be a regular here for a year and stopped going. Food is expensive and not good. Night bartenders will overserve alcohol to their regular customer friends and cut anyone else off at 5 drinks. Rule is 3 drinks without food, or 5 with food then your cut off. And yet the night bartenders will give out as much drinks to their friends all night and not make them order food, even saw one giving them free shots. Managers know it's going on and do nothing. I was physically threatened by a drunk customer once here and the bartender and staff did nothing about it. Didn't even apologize to me. Wednesday night the bar is packed with old regulars. Just astounding how there's a 5 drink limit for people who aren't regulars, and yet they overserve their friends as much as they want, knowing that they're driving. I filed a complaint with corporate and hope that the 3 certain bartenders get fired. Just dangerous. Don't go here.

Was seated in a booth where table top was sticky and covered with salt. Asked for it to be cleaned and a young man came over with a dry cloth and wiped salt on the floor. Ordered oriental chicken salad and chicken was extremely well done!

Tried to have a good time… the universe (and this place) said nah. Pulled up with a squad of 8 deep, ready for vibes — got sat at two sad little tables pushed together like it was a middle school lunchroom. 🙃

Then it gets worse: we’re all over 21, flashing valid IDs like we’re about to enter a boss fight — and they still refuse to serve us drinks. WHY. What is this, a dry server in 2025?

To top it off, both the associate and the manager had the customer service energy of a laggy lobby. Rude for no reason, like we personally ruined their day by showing up.

Whole experience felt like a nerfed night out. Do better. 👎🥴

Ryan R. was my server and he was incredible throughout the entire dining experience. Work has been extremely busy so he recommended the 2 for $25 so I could have lunch tomorrow as well. His kind and professional demeanor and knowledge of the menu was very impressive. I will be sure to be back to this location because of Ryan. He was prompt , efficient , and always friendly. I look forward to seeing the next specials - thank you Ryan R for your great service! You are an asset.

Came in with my two kids for lunch yesterday around noon. Food was great! Our server, Ryan, was fantastic. Not only was he super attentive and gave great food suggestions, but he was interactive and personable with my children, ages 5 and 3. They actually begged to do lunch again there in the future just to see the server, Ryan! Thanks for a great family lunch experience!

The host named Allen assumed we lied about our party size when we repeatedly told him we only had 5 people. His attitude was extremely rude and even when we tried to make the situation lighthearted after HE made us all feel awkward and uncomfortable he still had a stank attitude. We’ve never met a host/worker like that before and we had just come from work so we know what it’s like to work a long shift and we still wouldn’t be rude to guests the way that he was being rude. On top of that I left my food, the buffalo wings made me throw up they might’ve been a little undercooked im not sure. Other than that the rest of the food was okay. Our waitress Jenna M was okay, she also asked if we were having anyone else join us though when we had already told Allen so many times no. We ended up having an EXTRA large booth for only 4 people with so much unnecessary space it felt as if they were trying to be petty STILL assuming we were going to have more people join us after we repeatedly told them we weren’t. Allen said he was going off “past experience” where more people showed up than expected, but overall he just had an attitude as soon as we walked through the door. We understand having long shifts and being annoyed having to deal with guests, but we hadn’t done anything to make him annoyed when we just walked into the place and said we had 5 people. He was like “_are you sure it’s only 5 people” we said yes why would we lie about that we just came from a long shift too? And he proceeded to to say “you guys are definitely still lying” maybe something happened to him for him to have such a bad attitude in the way he was talking to us but we’re not sure we work 8-10 hour shifts and can still be nice to people especially when they haven’t done anything to deserve a rude welcome.. actually we didn’t even get a welcome!!!😃
