Buffalo Wild Wings

Food was good as always. Just not sure why the AC was kicking when it was 28 degrees outside 🤷🏻‍♂️ was weird eating with our coats on. I'm serious. The air was on blasting. Staff said they had no control over it.
Corporate does( which is weird) I see from other reviews this is common. It's winter why not save money and least shut it off???

They have exetlent service

I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings, food used to be awesome. This time around was not good at all. I ordered a six piece cajun wings, got home and realized I only had five wings. Not only that, the chicken did not have any flavor, plus they were really dry. I tried the ranch to make it somewhat easier to eat and some flavor, but the ranch didn't have any taste at all. I was very disappointed because they were one of my favorite places to get wings.

Spent like 50$ to get wings and fries just to end up with the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. Idk how the franchise allows places like this to stay open because they are definitely breaking health code violations, not to mention I had to call out of work for 2 days at a new job. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! FIRE ALL THE COOKS AND MANAGERS IF YALL DONT CARE ABOUT FOOD SAFTEY I WONT CARE ABOUT YOUR JOB SAFTEY!!!!!

To start this off. I have nothing to say other than how amazing this food was it was melting in my mouth like the SpongeBob popsicles when I was 8 after a gif summer day. They got the food out lightning fast and thanks to the team that made this possible I will be coming back when I’m in town.

Arrived there on Veteran's day and the snub was unreal. No one was happy that Vets actually showed up. From front of house (terrible) to the back house it was unprofessional. I simple left. Next time have a plan of execution.

Sat for over 45 minutes just to get drinks. The place was pretty empty. People who came in 15 minutes after us had drinks and food as we still waited. Walked out!!!!! It's Veterans Day also. My veteran didn't get his wings. I hope others do, but it wasn't looking promising ! Not enough staff!!

Took my sons to BWW tonight and it was not a good experience at all. Starting from the hostess who was not there and was not kind or welcoming at all. The booth they sat us at was just wiped down and still soaking wet
The order came out twice wrong and finally needed to get queso in a cup. The server hardly came back to check on us or fill our waters.and we had to flag him down. Inside was definitely to cold for a fall evening

Visited during the fall, and the place was uncomfortably cold inside — they were still running the AC, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. The food was okay; we tried their boneless chicken special, but it was definitely on the salty side.

The service was slow, and the hostess didn’t give us the special menu initially, so we had to ask for it, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was not the best experience, but it could be improved with better service and a more comfortable atmosphere.

Today my boyfriend an I went to get some food , well we had to stood there an wait just for somebody to tell us to sit ourselves.. so we did we waited 15 minutes for our waitress to bring us a menu and ask for our drinks . When she finally did she came out we gave her our order .. our appetizer was queso our meal was 6 boneless wings . We waited 25 minutes thinking our appetizer would at-least come out she came over to us an said that she needed our order again so we gave her it waited 25 more minutes for our appetizer to come out with our meal ! We waited that whole time for all of our food to come out COLD ! This place is horrible !!!

I honestly don't know how this place is still In business sadly. We only came here BC the other places were on a wait. There was no one seating people so we stood there for a good 10 mins. We sat down and ordered our food which took awhile and idk why being as there was only maybe 3 tables occupied. The server was honest and said their grilled chicken is disgusting so none of us got that. We received our food and the "slaw" that was supposed to come on my sandwich was legit a dry salad starter kit (like the ones u get in a supermarket) my side of fries looked like it was the end of the bag and barely considered a side. Our drinks sat empty for a while and our table was o eewhelmed with dirty dishes that weren't removed. I wouldn't come here even if the other businesses were on a wait.

We had alex for our server, and she was great!

(Unacceptable) trying placing order on line last week and now again and has said temporarily unalvible obviously they do not need the business you would think with the competition you would do better .
