Buffalo Wild Wings

Today, Jan. 19, 2026, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings at 627 Cross Key Rd. and I ordered 10 traditional wings and mozzarella sticks. I was told it would take 10 minutes. I waited 50! If I didn’t go to inquire about my order my food would have continued sitting there. They did apologize and offered to make it fresh but then I’d have to wait another 10-15 mins. Did I mention this place was empty?! I should have asked for a refund. No worries, I’m NEVER going back.

Great for watching Eagles. Little loud but suppose that should be expected.

They Started Charging $0.99 for Ranch with Wings...what a rip off, adding an extra $8 to your order. Used to regularly get wings on Thursdays, won't be doing that anymore.

Had to wait 40mins plus past the pick up time just for them to say they did not have what we ordered and we still have to wait for substitute for food to be ready bad management at this location for sure

Jacob, in specific was nice even though we were making him run around like a chicken with its head chopped off. He was really cool and quick with our food.

Place have really declined. Prices have skyrocketed. Yet portions have gotten significantly smaller: ask the manager to fill up fries. She offered a refund. Horrible service. I should have walked out and ask for me $80 back for wings and fries. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. There’s plenty of options to choose from.

I had to leave a review I always come here it’s always clean staff are always good and food always comes out perfect I have no negatives but I will say my guy Jacob is amazing i like when he is here best waitress he definitely needs a raise! He works hard and make sure ur happy! His the man

Great spot to catch a game, but the management is terrible. I had an issue with my bill and spoke with the manager, who was completely indifferent and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be coming back. This place really needs more professional staff and a manager who actually knows how to handle customer concerns.

Horrible experience, they need more trained staff. If you come in at lunch, anticipate delays. There's 1 server on the floor who is also running the bar. I finally got a chance to place my togo order and a drink while I waited. My order arrives and it's wrong...even the bartender/server spotted the error and had it re-maid. It comes out for a second time, however this time it's burnt to a crisp. At this point, I'd given up and simply closed my check and left as it had already been an hour. I come here all the time, and it seems to be getting worse and worse. Very disappointed. I didn't want to have to drive to Berlin or Mt. Laurel to a different location, but it seems I may have to at this rate.
