If you wanna be told the restaurant doesn’t open until 3:30 when the hours posted online and on the door say 3, go here… A shame I didn’t even get to try the food given the representative I attempted to engage in the rear of the restaurant to understand the discrepancy was not accommodating, I would not support this small business… wasted resources and time and low glucose levels for a plate of what they could have offered, sitch could’ve been worse and that was not acknowledged, Mama Lune for the win

Didn’t have my order done right and waited an hour already and had to wait more. This happened before and this second time did it. I will never come back. They were going back and forth in the kitchen, and tbh they need to try to have their dining area look better. Remodel or something. Looks old and beat up. Everyone’s order was messed up, that was 3 of us. Ridiculous.

Caribbean Soul has terrible service. I tried calling multiple times, but the phone line was always busy. When I finally reached someone and placed my order, I arrived to pick it up only to be told my ticket had been lost.
I should have known the food would be just as horrible as the customer service. The curry shrimp was bland and lacked flavor, the rice was drenched in sauce, the cabbage was tasteless, and the banana pudding was inedible.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I will never go back.

Food is good and so are portions. The service and wait for food not so good. Order my food at 3pm. Received text that it would be done between 3:50-4:00. I sent my husband in at 4 and he came back to the car with no food. He states that they told him with an attitude it would be 25 more minutes. The door dash app said it was ready so I take my phone in to see what was going on and the staff was not the friendliest, no smiles no apologies . She showed everyone else their meals but not me, put in bag side ways and it started to drip sauce. Slide bag across counter and walked away. It was 4:20 when I received my food.

Everything was absolutely delicious! Customer service was amazing. Jerk chicken was so incredibly good. Friend plantains were perfect. Will be back!

Staff were very friendly when I came in and the food came quicker than I expected. I got 3 meals out of a large jerk chicken plate with rice & peas and mac & cheese, and I don't consider myself a light eater 😋

Let's start with...I picked up the bag. The bag was heavy. The food was delicious. The portions are plentiful. I will certainly order again.
I want to be honest on this review but after ordering food 1 1/2 ago none of our food is actually ready they ran out of food but I honestly believe it’s a lie and they gave our food away. One thing I don’t deal with 2025 with price gauging and the price of chicken and time is lies. Hold yourself accountable she didn’t try to fix it she was like oh well you waited an hour on food we have no more oh well. Don’t order from these ppl. I support black business the most but nope 👎🏽 go somewhere else if our own ppl don’t value our dollar how do expect others too! Go somewhere else please
