$11.00 for what is supposed to be a meal and have literally 5 fries and some crumbs is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately, it was a to go order and I did not see this until I was home.

Sat in line for 20 minutes for me to get up to the booth & them tell me they have no biscuits left for the morning & then proceeded to tell me I can’t order lunch when it’s legit 15 minutes until lunch starts so I’m forced to get out line in a horrible parking lot, three different lines & everyone is cutting each other off. This chick fil a hasn’t been good for years & it’s truly a shame
Audrey had me thinking I was in a McDonald’s drive through with her nasty tone and attitude on 8/29. Very disappointed, do better Audrey & CFA !

Will not fulfill orders for Uber eats if they're ice cream or such machines are down it will come up as an error and you will have to cancel the order after doing the work you will get nothing
I recently visited your drive-thru and ordered a large sweet tea, paying cash for my order. I did not use the app. When I reached the window, I was handed a medium-sized drink instead of the large I ordered. After pointing out the mistake, the staff corrected it.
However, as I drove away, I took a sip and realized the drink was a mix of sweet tea and Dr. Pepper—not what I ordered. I immediately called the store and spoke to an employee named Jackie. Unfortunately, her response was incredibly rude. Her dismissive tone and lack of concern escalated my frustration. She defended the mistake by saying, "He made a mistake!"—but this was the second error in a single order.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Jackie abruptly said, "I will no longer provide you with a refund or another drink." So not only did I not receive the correct drink, but I also lost the $3 I paid for it.
This experience has left me extremely upset. I have contacted corporate and plan to share this negative experience across social media platforms to ensure others are aware of the poor service at this location.

I placed a mobile order thinking it would save me some time. Got to the store 20 minutes later. Not only was the order not done for about another half hour but multiple orders placed in the restaurant while I was waiting were done before mine was. Also originally got the wrong sandwich. You can tell the store was very inefficient.

This is one of the nicest chick fil a's I've been to. The workers (especially Denise) are great! They are very clean and polite!
Just day yall dont want to work fast food without saying it??♀️. I work fast food and i always overstock peoples food cause of prices…like seriously? All that i would’ve ordered a small…thought chic fil a was better then this now they’re acting like mcdonalds stingy with the fries???
