Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came after a long day at work i asked for a new bowl because there was HAIR in the sour cream that the worker put into my bowl i asked for a new bowl since it was in my bowl (i tried to warn her before she scooped it) she laughed and made a comment i asked her to repeat and she didn’t. Then when remaking the bowl she asked if i was mad then when i asked for some sour cream (being nice because i could’ve requested she switch the whole pan out LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO WHEN HAIR WAS IN IT) she laughed in my face and got snarky so i just left the bowl in. does anyone have the number for corporate?

I had a chicken burrito and now i have the worst case of food poisoning. Do not go to this location

I had finished my order last night and accidentally left my wallet at home. Luckily the staff was very nice and respectful about keeping my food ready for me. I was able to swiftly check out and they were all so understanding and respectful.

If I could give this place 0 I would! I went in and I was ignored by this guy who kept talking to his coworker! Then he proceeds to give me the saddest bowl ever. I was like that’s a little small with the meat portion and he was like I know. I should have walked out but here we are.

This place consistently FAIL! I said I would give it another try after months! I go in there today and the manager guy was on the phone. I out my card in and I stand and wait and for 30 seconds it says processing; I reached in the bag to grab a chip and he said it hasn’t been paid for. I said it’s been processing too long. He said you put the card chip in wrong. I said I put it in correctly and he was on cell phone during the processing he wasn’t paying me any attention. It came up approved and I took bag and I said this place never fails to disappoint me! The last times the machine broke down and it was cash only or the steak is dripping blood or they are out of items but want to charge you full price!! I’m done!!!!

Customer service was ok. The food was fresh and the portion sizes were more than enough for each of us.

This place was good a couple of years ago and then went downhill dramatically! I ordered a bowl and was excited to eat outside, only to find a piece of long black hair as soon as I went to take a bite! As I came back to explain to the manager, she was not inviting and did not make the experience easy. She said well we’ll just make another one after staring at me as if I was trying to get a new bowl that I didn’t take one bite of. They made my food again, hesitantly, I went to take the first bite. To my surprise IT WAS ANOTHER HAIR IN MY FOOD !!!! I immediately came back and at that point my mother and I were furious. The manager came back and refused to give us our money. And looked at my hair. She couldn’t blame me because our hair was braided and it was infused with the food. Keep in mind I’m 8 months pregnant and just had a craving for some chipotle. They also continued serving the rice that had the contaminated food and was not apologetic at all.

We had chipotle bowl . The food was really fresh, and the service was amazing. Virginia was very polite n willing to serve the food as per our directions and very patient while serving our choices. Great personality. I really appreciate her !

if I could give a 0, I would. last friday I picked up chipotle steak bowls for my sister and I to eat and we regretted that decision immediately. a few short hours after eating our bowls, we both became violently ill. over the next 7 days we both had the runs, severe stomach cramps, extreme nausea, and fever. I ended up going to urgent care because my symptoms were so bad and I needed relief. not much you can do for food poisoning, but they did the best they could to manage my pain. if you ate here on 8/16/23 I hope you're doing okay.

Love love love their guacamole! Though somehow 3x now they've forgotten my drinks with my pick up order

Guys please keep the restrooms clean it was disgusting to see the rest room, it was in unusable state. It’s just one rest room why can’t you keep it clean and think from customer point??

Also the chicken is not cooked properly, this is my first worst chipotle experience never before and may not be again after.

Service better your customers they are paying you money!!!

They are good but they mess up online orders pretty often.

I had a great time here. I ordered at the front and they made it right there for me. The service was quick, the food was excellent, and the dining room was clean and well air-conditioned (especially nice on a hot summer day). All in all, a great location. Highly recommend going here.
