if I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order online they could have called and informed me that they had nothing! no meat or vegetables. I went to pick up my order and a long list of what they were out of was a hand written list taped on the door of all that they were out of. No one called or explained that they had nothing. then when you get there for a refund you have to call a number and go through hoops just to get your hard earn money back. This is my second time coming here one last year and one this year. I’m good.. i will not be returning. I truly don’t know how they are still open. The customer service…welp ? food all over the floor and the cleanliness of the place…yikes. I hope they turn it around here.

I have given this location a few tries, because it’s very close to my house . Every time I visit the place its so messy . The food is always dried out while the guacamole is turning brown . For the life of me you can never get honey vinaigrette, it’s like a sin for them to make it . It’s always messy around the condiment bar napkins and forks everywhere . So, instead of traveling 5 minutes away I take a 15 minute drive to the Voorhees (Haddonfield Berlin Road) . The staff are a bit older and cleaner they never run out of food either .

Went into the store happy to be there and left never wanting to come back! This location sucks half the employees there are miserable, and when it came to getting what you ask for the employee was super uncooperative offered to pay to extra and still got the smallest portion dried out hard rice and burnt beans, asked for double you’ll get less than original. I love chipotle but this locate definitely always has issues ridiculous!

I mean the food wasnt bad jus a little stingy per ususal, but i walkin in to get my bowl and i see a dirt neck white boy sitting on the counters with his pants sagging and feet also on equipment im not no health inspector but ik damn well thats not acceptable.

Do not use Google Maps! Not accurate, sends you into the woods & on private property . Attempted to correct by contacting google maps & Chipotle, without success!
I LOVE chipotle. It's one type of food I never can get enough of. This specific location has had many hiccups (and of course is my home store). 90% of the time we order through the app, they're out or something, or we still wait an absurd amount of time. I just keep coming back from convenience, but also, they season their chicken well. I've gone to other locations and it's either spicy or bland, no in the middle. I haven't had any particularly horrible experience that would keep me from returning but it's not a great experience either.

Ok new folks as of today are awesome! They speak espanol and do a really good job making sure the food is fresh. This is night and day compared to the previous delinquent children operating this Chipot. Hope the staff stays unchanged!

I had a great experience at this location. The employees were very informative it being my first time at a chipotle they greeted me with great smiles and patience as I chose what I wanted. I love the serving size that they gave me. They weren't skimpy at all they were big servings. Great location. The place was very clean. I will be back again.

Do not get uber eats or probably antly delivery from this location it was a terrible experience. Every item of the four items issues including wrong ingredients and missing major components of orders. I got chicken instead of steak in the burrito and steak is an up charge. One of two chip and guac orders came with no guac and my wifes quesadillas didn't come and we got a random bowl of Ingredients and a crumple up tortilla shell. Uber only refunded 17 of the 50 dollar order which I'm embarrassed I to admit I paid for this order.
