Good water ice Got a gelati very delicious cool place very retro looking.

Got twist cones but the chocolate side was oreo or something not very good

I was absolutely astonished at what I was charged today for two milkshakes, one 3 scoop ice cream with jimmies, and a kids cone that I told them to put the tiniest amount on. It was 36 dollars. My eyes almost popped out of my head when they said the total. I had to ask for a receipt bc literally excuse me. I ordered a chocolate peanut butter milkshake, instead of just using the peanut butter chocolate ice cream and blending it, they used chocolate and the peanuts butter syrup for an up charge of $1.70. They asked if I wanted whip cream I said sure not knowing it was $2.50 extra for whipped cream. I would have said absolutely not. One milkshake with the upcharges was almost 13 dollars. The kicker we got less in our milkshakes bc of the whip cream that was $2.50. I’m good on a 13 dollar milkshake that was gone in 3 sips. Outrageous

Just so so on the ice cream flavoring. Could be better but wasn't a waste of time will go back again.

I could cry night now! I used to live in the neighborhood behind creanies and my grandpop would bring my sister, all of our neighborhood friends and myself here all the time! I lived out here before all was built so we came out this way for dinner and I was like wow Creanies is still here looks just the same as when it was built in 1991 I was born 1990 and loved this place dearly! They used to have bubble gum ice cream which was my fav! Anyway stopped in tonight bc it was a must and I have tears running down my face! This place didn’t change at all! Friendly service clean and well kept! Still standing strong 33 years later! I LOVE YOU CREANIES YOU WILL ALWAYS BE A CHILDHOOD FAVORITE MEMORY esp BC my favorite Grandpop would always bring us and our friends here faithfully! WOW!!!! Great memories!!! ?????

I have to start by saying my complaint is not with the ice cream. It was how i was treated by an employee in the parking lot. I was behind her in the parking lot trying to make a right turn. She was making a left. I blew the horn thinking maybe she did not see that the traffic was stopped or on her phone. She starting putting up her middle finger screaming going around. Then she opened her truck door, hung out of it and started screaming go to another exit and saying a lot of not so nice things. Finally after holding me up for 8 minutes. She pulled away. I called the store to let them know the behavior of their employee and the assistant manager said , she is going through some things. Never did she say my apologies and i will speak with her when she returns. I only left the house to get ice cream, not to be totally disrespected. I think she should have stayed home today. With the way people are today that could have gone totally left. I was told she tried to call out and was not allowed too. Bad call on the Managers part. Sometimes you have to let people take off when they need too.
