I've went to this Dunkin before, mostly for the coffee, but sometimes I'll get food as well which consists of toasted plain bagel with sausage, no egg, no cheese, and then a side of hash browns. The coffee always tasted fine, but last time I had went I had asked for a plain bagel with sausage, nothing else, and was given a plain bagel with sausage with cheese as well. This time I had went to get the $6 meal deal that they have on the Dunkin app, same thing I usually get, and it explicitly says on the paper no egg, no cheese, toasted plain bagel.. when I received my order, I noticed they gave me a soggy, mushy, croissant, with three sausage patties, and it had cheese. The hash browns also weren't really crispy and we're smashed together. Highly disappointed, and won't be going back here anytime soon.

This Dunkin’ at 583 Cross Keys Road is a mess. Employees are overworked, expected to handle rushes alone because management cuts hours to save money. Service suffers, not because of the staff, but because they’re spread too thin.

The food is low quality—stale bagels, sloppy sandwiches, and drinks that are hit-or-miss. They constantly run out of basic items, which makes no sense for a coffee shop.

On top of that, the place is filthy. The bathrooms are rarely cleaned, and the women’s sink has been broken forever.

It’s clear management cares more about cutting costs than running a decent store. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else

Easily one of the worst Dunkin’s across South Jersey. Lot of the people there act very strange and unexpectedly rude. Coffee always comes out tasting strange. Would recommend going to any other one lol

Absolutely lazy and rude workers. They put my order on another cup and gave me a regular iced coffee instead of the coffee I ordered

Coffee is always great but this location sicklerville and the black horse like employees r very disorganized, ignorant and aren’t professional in any way I’ve been there on multiple occasions for pick up orders they don’t great u even with no customers so I go. Out of my way to go to the other Dunkin’ for sure

Okay so I'm writing this review as a former employee at Dunkin. (not this one however). First off the positives. So far every drink I have had has been a 10 out of 10. always made right and if there were any issues it's because I forgot to tell them something.

The smaller of the issues is the Snackin Bacon. I used to make that stuff myself even before they had it on the menu. They never put enough seasoning on it, so you can't even taste it. and the last few times the bacon was pretty much raw. But I always think "maybe this time it will be better..."

The biggest issue is the times. my god they are slow. and Again Im saying this someone who worked at a Dunkin. I know what it's like behind the counters. Today I made an order on the App waited a few minutes before leaving to pick the order up. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Plus another 5 minutes at the window. and when I look inside or go inside there are always like 4-5 people working there.

I myself used to work at the Dunkin on Ocean City and one of the Dunkin/Baskin combo places. During the summer in the afternoon at night it would be me and one other person working the entire store(s) and I kid you not we would of moved that line faster then anyone could in this Dunkin. And I hate saying that because everyone there is very nice. It's just to wait that long for an ice coffee, Bagel and some undercooked bacon?

Again I don't know what is going on behind that counter I know from experience the higher ups at dunkin can make...confusing choices at time and those workers might just be doing the best they can.

Overall. Drinks are great. Food needs help. Expect to wait a while. Also. Shout out to that one dude with the long hair. Honestly he seems like the person trying to keep everything together.

Was in line for 10 minutes and it didnt move. Decided to go inside to order and all the employees are screaming at eachother. The white dude was the only person actually working. African American kid was just sitting on his phone at the register with 6 people in line. White kid was doing the drive thru, Register, making coffee while everyone just stood around. Kid deserves a raise!

Didn't see any of the normal jelly with sugar, cream filled with white powder so I asked cashier who looked to be the manager. He lied to my face...BOSTON CREAM IS WHITE CREAM.. NO IT'S NOT JELLY FILLED NOW HAS WHITE GLAZE NO MORE SUGAR . NO IT DOESN'T. Don't trust what they say if YOU go there. I'll find another DD to visit. Jelly donut was some kind of raspberry preserve.

I was a walk in..the woman said someone would be with me in a minute. Well, a minute turned into 5 minutes and then 10minutes. Well, to my surprise,nothing has changed. Same attitude, they do not want to wait on people who walk in. They focus more on the drive-thru than individuals who take the time to enter their establishment. Same customer service should be given either way... Well for now, I will not be back and will spread the word for people I know not to do business with you. Word of mouth will disrupt your business. Get it together DD. We are the people!

Horrible horrible and horrible! After a certain time of the day the quality of service drastically decreases! You’re waiting in the drive through line forever! They need to have MORE people (for afternoon/evening crew) but ones that take the job seriously! And what you order doesn’t even taste right!

I was standing with kids for 10 mins guy in glasses saw me and I called him and he ignored us by making faces and still didn’t help us so we just left without busy customers service is very bad I and I felt raceism as he was keep ignoring us
