This may be one of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. By and large, the employees here are rude, abrasive, lazy, incompetent, and should probably not be in a service industry. I have never gotten my coffee made accurately and today we order 4 donuts only to get 6. You'd think that would be a positive, but it's really not when they stuff (and I do mean stuff) all the donuts in 1 small bag. The best part being that they put 1 of the 2 jelly donuts at the bottom of the bag, stuffed 5 donuts on top, effectively destroying the donuts and attaching it to wax paper and the bag. So, we ordered 4 donuts, got 6, 4 of which were the same and 2 jelly donuts, only 1 of which was edible. So we have 1 edible jelly donuts and 4 blueberry donuts drenched in jelly. This is truly only 1 of many such stories I could share about this horrid location. Whoever runs this Dunkin should consider a career path that doesn't involve customer service, food management, or leadership of any kind.

I got a Carmel latte, sounds simple enough . Most places I go it's always off a bit weather it's the sugar or the tart of expresso. At this location I was shocked haven't been here since I left actually managing this store so 6 years later and I was blown away I'd have to say the man who made my drink gets 5 stars it was perfect !

Got a breakfast sandwich from here and the egg patty was green. Glad I saw it before eating it 😭. *** EDIT 3/17/25: Went back to give them another chance thinking there's no way this happens again and lo and behold I got another nasty egg patty, done with this Dunkin don't get food from here please you'll get sick. My daughter ran out to pick us up some ice teas today. One was sweetened and one unsweetened. Both of our drinks tasted like straight chlorine. HARSH. Throat burnt! Absolutely BLEACH in the water or the machine was not cleaned properly. We tried to call several times and there has been no answer. Trying to warn them to dump the iced tea Sicklerville Road location in Sicklerville.

Unfortunately, I've never had a good experience here. Their iced tea consistently tastes like pond water. Not sure if it's the water quality or they're not cleaning their containers but it's nasty. Usually when I get a wrap, it's ice cold in the middle except for the last time, because I specifically asked for it to be cooked through. This partially has to do with Dunkin's business model of timing their workers to get the drive thru food out as fast as possible. I only come here because it's the only Dunkin otw to work when I'm in a pinch. I usually don't have time to stop anywhere else, or go back and ask for a new sandwich. I end up starting the day off pissed and hungry.

Have you ever heard of hot food? Twice in the last three days I stopped in your Sicklerville store for breakfast. Both times the food was terrible. The food was not hot, not even warm. The food was barely room temperature. And, cold in the middle. Very disappointed, will never go there again. Food tasted like it was sitting on the counter all night. Absolutely terrible! C'mon do better!

I am done with this dunkin. They are not consistent and their customer service is lackluster. I believe they make their own prices. Every time I go the prices change and are never consistent. For months I have been getting the same order (double espresso over ice with oat milk and Carmel). I have always paid $3.51 for my order and all of a sudden they tried charging me $8.89, demanding that was the price and calling me bro several times with attitude. Whenever I make a comment about the price change they look like they got caught and try coming up with a bunch of reasons and excuses. They are shady and seem to make their own rules/prices. Seemingly tricking customers to pay any price they display on the screen. I am done with them. A money grab dunkin.

DO NOT EAT THE HOT FOOD HERE ! I'm pregnant and terribly scared for my babies health now. I got a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, it tasted like bleach and plastic. The aftertaste alone is making terribly sick. My boyfriend's sandwich same problem. They must not be following health protocols while making hot food. Dunkin's hot food is a hazard to public health. STAY AWAY!!
