The restaurant was busy however the server walked past the table several times without seeing if anything was needed. The eggs were overcooked, requested over easy, and the pancake was cold. The coffee made available while waiting for a table was a nice touch.
Valerie was a wonderfully, bubbly waitress. I give her 5 stars!
All the food is awesome
But the waitress shows no love.
They don't come back and check on you.
Poor workmanship needs to impremove
The cook is not the nicest, he will make you feel that he's going out of his way to do basic task and makes it well known. My heart goes out to the servers. Word of advice to the mangement/owner, Either lower the price of your food or provide normal portions, use a little seasoning it goes a long way. Drinks are great here though. The servers are really nice and very apologizing for the cook, it's really just sad. This really could be a great place.
Josh was a very cool guy!
Wow, This is one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time at a restaurant. A lot of healthier options without all the added chemicals.
Loved everything about this place. From the restaurant look to the server and to the food. Everything was amazing Love the way the drinks and food is presented. Our server was amazing.
Absolutely loved our delicious breakfast! Will be back for sure
First time at the First Watch Berlin-Crosskeys location, excellent just like the Sewell location.
The loaded omelet was the best value. Quality for all good food was good. Pricey for waffles and pancakes.

My new Breakfast Spot!
First Watch is a chain, and we have been to several in different states. This was our first time at this location, the newest in our area. We celebrated Mother's Day, and management immediately informed everyone about wait time in the kitchen. It was Mother's Day, and it was naturally busy. They were even kind enough to provide a buy one get one voucher for a future visit. The food was great, but we have to knock it down one for service. We ate outside, and a nearby umbrella offered some relief from the sun in our eyes. We moved it a little to for some more relief, but a staff member immediately snapped at us. We didn't take the umbrella away from any other diners, and it certainly did not obstruct any staff. Near the end of our meal, she took it upon herself to move the umbrella completely away from us and sat useless for anyone else and stacked some chairs. We asked a different staff member who was bussing some tables if we could move the umbrella and if it was causing a problem. It was not a problem, and we were fine to move and use it. Small detail that seems trivial, but the same woman followed us when we brought our check to pay. She wasn't even our server. But when the cashier gave us another voucher, the woman immediately said that we already received one and made another comment. We were happy to give it back, but the cashier smiled and told us to keep it. It really made us feel like we wronged this woman in some way, but we don't think we did anything wrong. Otherwise, it was a great meal.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this place deserved it. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I am in complete awe. One of the only restaurants I’ve ever wanted to try one of everything off the menu.
We love coming here for a quick breakfast as a family. Never a long wait time and the food always comes out fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and the location clean. Definitely recommend.
