Cool, reliable chain place for breakfast / brunch. As they focus on breakfast foods, safe bet. We went on a Sunday morning and it was crowded, even with a reservation we had to wait about 20 minutes. Once inside service was quick and food quality good. Been to a few different Forest Watch locations and they are consistently good.

We came in for brunch this afternoon and Aliany was our server. As two people who work in the service/bartending industry, we are VERY understanding. What didn’t sit right with us was the fact that it was very slow, only three tables in the entire restaurant, and our server let us sit there without ordering food or drinks for 20 mins while she sat and talked to the table in front of us. Once we placed our order, our food arrived before our sangria pitcher. When our drinks were finally brought over the glasses that were provided had melted ice in them, like they had been sitting for awhile. It was stated that the pitcher had to be made fresh, which should be the case anyway so it just seems that was an excuse for the lack of professionalism and service that was provided. The table next to us had been sitting for 20 mins, having been done their food and waiting for the check, while she sat again at the table in front of us to continue talking. As we were leaving, a couple was sat in our section, they were waiting for approximately 10 mins, staring at her, while she continued on with her conversation. Again, working in the industry we are very understanding and never ever think to complain as we get that it can get busy and hectic. But this on a very slow day is never acceptable.

Don't use the check in app!!! They don't follow the app or notify you. Checked in waited for 20 minutes, got a notification and was told to go to the back of the line twice!!! 😑
I forgot to mention the food was burnt.

I arrived around 9 am not much wait. Had a booth. Services was great. If arriving later there can be a wait 30+ min and crowded. Each visit always good.

Showing up after church I thought there would be a long wait but not today. Free coffee while we waited and we were sat within 10 minutes, great... but that's where the great ended. Finally the waitress came over with 3 half cups of coffee, yes 1/2 cups, said she needed to get more. She brought more then started to bus her tables as the busboy walked around in circles. She finally took our order and then disappeared for 10 minutes and then went back to bussing her tables while the busboy meandered... All the while the manager walked around not saying a word. 18 minutes from ordering our food came out... Warm, go figure. Omlet had so much lace around it, it felt like plastic. Never once did anyone ask us how our meal was. First watch... 1 omlet with a side of grapes, a small order of overcooked dry scrambled eggs, bacon and grits and a bowl of yogurt with fruit and toast... All for $57 Plus tip... That's ridiculous.
