I mean it's Five guys. I've never had any bad burger from them. Milkshakes always hit the spots. Only real downside is the prices. If they were a bit more affordable I would be buying from them a lot more. But when I can get them you better bet I want Five Guys in me....wait....

Awful customer service . There is an older man with white hair and black eyebrows who works the grill and has the worst attitude and behavior . He is very rude and unprofessional. Went in and online machines were down. Asked to speak to a manager. He said get in line in the rudest way. I told him is attitude was horrible . He said I don’t care . You can get out. Is this the kind of customer service five guys wants to offer ? They should really choose better when hiring . Will not return to this store

They have the FRESHEST FOOD. Your order is made to order, hot and DELICIOUS ?. THE BEST BURGER PLACE. They are not stingy with the fries like some of the other restaurants ( even some of the other Five Guys).

It’s probably been at least 6 years since I’ve been to a 5 Guys. So I was taken back by the price of one burger. I said wow $10 for one burger and he suggested I go to ChickFila or Mc Donald’s down the street. It was beyond rude. If I wanted to go to there I would have. You can count on me never going back.

I observed one of the men handling food and waiting on customers. He didn't wash his hands nor change gloves, he handled money, used the cash register and went back to handling food items, which is very nasty, spreading contamination everywhere. This seems to common practice at this 5 Guys.

Burgers were really good with a ton of options to put on them. Love having jalapeños as a topping. Fries were tasty and they throw an extra scoop in the bag also. Place was a little crowded in late afternoon and although the food was good and plentiful, I have alot of trouble getting my head around a cheeseburger and fries for a $20 bill, and staff wanting a tip on top.
