Burgers were really good with a ton of options to put on them. Love having jalapeños as a topping. Fries were tasty and they throw an extra scoop in the bag also. Place was a little crowded in late afternoon and although the food was good and plentiful, I have alot of trouble getting my head around a cheeseburger and fries for a $20 bill, and staff wanting a tip on top.

Terribly long waiting time (at least) for pick ups and their dishonesty about it when you ask. The staff seem to be trained to lie to us. Low attitudes toward customers. Five guys stores are almost same as bad

The ignorant people that work there think it's funny when they disrespect you.I'm knowing they disrespected their self and I hope. This isn't a lifelong career of flip and cheese burgers who's laughing now. This place could be twice as successful if you clean house starting at the top.

The problem is definitely the manager. Because some of the staff seem like they want to be doing the right thing, but the manager is leading them. I would never go to this location again. The staff is so unprofessional it's not even funny. A real manager needs to whip this place in the shape before it closes. The other guests that were. There were all just rolling their eyes. And just like I can't believe this place is like this. The place is run like a frat house, I walked in to 10 staff dancing and throwing milkshakes around. The manager was part of it.

As usual food is great. We walked in a were slipping everywhere we were walking because the floors are so greasy. My mother is 76 and I took her straight to a chair because I was afraid she'd fall. ?
1st time trying Five Guys. Burger and shake were delicious. Fries were warm and soggy, but I have no issue putting then in the air fryer for a few minutes, the problem was they were so salty they were inedible.

This was my Birthday request for a dinner , I did not need to prepare, would know I would enjoy, and knew it was a treat, we can no longer afford regularly this luxury. as my pay has not increased at same rate of inflation ,I am very regretful of that .

Berlin Cross Keys' location is the best for customer service. Every time I have gone, they have always given excellent experience..
I literally just walked up to the door and seen how dirty the place was turned around and left. The tables were so dirty and covered with crumbs you could see the nastiness from the sidewalk outside.
