This a quaint mom and pop store but the portion sizes are crazy small. They only have large and extra large but their large looks more like a small. It's not worth the money. The food is also bland and dry.

Sides are out of the can food is horrible never will get my business again. Oxtails taste horrible water down food Mac and cheese made from the top of the stove they are cheap and only care about money they care nothing about the customers if there that cheap with the food and how they make it then I'm sure there nasty people also that's why its drive threw only.keep it up with the rude attitude and food the word has spread Flavor will be out of business.

Idk who they think they’re feeding with these little portions. The size of the cornbread was so tiny, you take one bite and it’s gone. All of the Jamaican spots I’ve gone to give you nice size portions. I will not be returning ever.

I can't understand some of the negative reviews. I have tried other local Jamaican spots and they are all just not Flava! I have been coming to Flava for a few years and their food is always consistently delicious and flavorful! (Hence the name flava) Not to mention, only $13-$17 a platter. Highly recommend their wings with the homemade spicy sauce, curry goat, and j*** chicken! Their customer service is also phenomonal (always). The woman who takes the orders on the phone doesn't miss, she always gets it right. The man is always pleasant and smiling when we come to pick up and telling us to be safe getting home. The food is always hot and fresh by the time I make it home. 10/10 recommend! Don't listen to these negative reviews.
My J*** Chicken was amazing... Don't listen to all of these 1 star reviews people are just soft haha. My car was parked at wawa and I didn't know you couldn't dine in so I walked up to the drive-thru window and the owner understood. He is not your typical "customer service smile all the time phony professional" but I treated him with respect so he treated me with respect as well. I also offered a tip and he did not accept it. I would highly recommend everyone try their food. For all of you telling him to "Just shut the place down already" how would you feel if you tried starting a business and someone did the same? Just don't go back if you don't like it and keep your rude comments to yourself. I work in the area and I'll definitely be going back. 10/10!

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!! I just ordered the curry goat and oxtail combo. The meat was so dry and tough I literally couldn’t eat it. When I called the man to express to him how unsatisfied I was, he was very rude and unprofessional screaming at me on the phone saying I was was lying and that he always makes it tender as if he never can make a mistake. When I asked if I can exchange it for another meat (because we didn’t eat anything other than the 1st bad bite) he hung up on me. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and I understand why they have such a low rating. The food is usually good but after today I will NEVER order from them again!!! How can you make the customer feel bad for not enjoying their food?? If I was really happy with it why would I lie and complain about the quality of the food? I would’ve gave it zero stars if I could just from the customer service alone
