Order two sandwiches on 8/26/24
One was the steak sandwich with no cheese it came with cheese on it. The other Italian hoagie was fine . If the employees at the store can’t read an order, it shouldn’t be working there. Very disappointing won’t ever order again from Jersey Mike’s.

When this location opened, the people running the restaurant actually paid attention to the order. Whoever runs it now doesn't expect their crew to pay attention. They put things on we asked them not to and didn't give us extra lettuce or tomatoes. They also didn't give us oil and vinegar on the side. I would hate to see how little they put on the sandwich if I didn't ask for extra. Do better and don't make your sandwiches so flimsy.

Worst service of any Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. I literally stood there for 10 minutes at the pickup while nobody acknowledged me or asked me what I needed. Not even a smile. My order was already done and sitting on the back counter, which I realized, after I had to butt in front of other people to ask about it.

Possible the worst hoagie I have ever had, I'm 76 years old so I have had a few. 2 hoagie $38 dollars, actually threw half of it away. Save your money.
