I haven't Had KFC in years and years but my son wanted to go so me ,wife and our son take off and end up at this KFC. I cant Say enough about this place, food was on point and everyone was very nice. I couldn't Believe how good everything was.

KFC has hiked the prices and giving you less food. You can't get a nice size drumstick for nothing. My bowl was so pitiful. Not even half filled. The cookie had to be from two weeks ago. I just don't appreciate the lack of quality for your customers.

I went to buy my lunch at this KFC and when I arrived they told me that I couldn't pay with a card, only cash. I was waiting there for 30 minutes and the 2 employees were only collecting and receiving money. They didn't give receipts to the people who were before me. I ordered 2 combos and a soda in a bucket. I asked for a Pepsi-flavored soda and they gave me what she wanted. I told her to change it and the lady who said she was the manager got angry. Apart from that, when they gave me my order, they forgot the sides and she got angry when I asked for my missing food. I bought it, he didn't give it to me, he started insulting me because I was ordering my food ,the food I paid for and when I asked her name she gave me a name that wasn't hers and I asked for my money back for the soda because she didn't have bags for the soda the food I paid for and when I asked her name she gave me a name that wasn't hers and I asked for my money back for the soda because she didn't have bags for the soda She took my receipt from me and didn't want to give it to me, she tore it up really badly. She said she was the manager, but I don't think that person is good at handling a situation like that. When I told an employee that I was missing my mashed potatoes, he told me that if I wanted his number, his name too, I should write it down on a piece of paper.

Fast food everywhere should be ashamed because there are so many restaurants that give you better food by far and with almost the same price, heard of curbside pickup. I think back to your better food days and try again only to be disappointed

Last night I door dashed and they messed it up. But I am giving them four stars bc I sent my hubby to ask them to remake the food and they made it hot, fresh , and no complaints. Was a little bummed my man got the same meal for half of what I paid on doordash but I learned my lesson lol. Doordash sucks but the restaurant made it right the next day. Thank you, KFC

The cashier was the most courteous I've ever encountered. He was accommodating, pleasant, and very likable. We had to wait and he offered a drink while we waited.

Unfortunately, everyone’s nightmare happened to my son tonight. He’s been protesting chicken for the past 4 months. Tonight he wanted a bowl from KFC so I thought perfect he’s going to start eating chicken again! After tonight’s experience I’ll never be able to eat KFC ever again, and I’ll be turned off to chicken for awhile. My son began eating his bowl, about 3 minutes in he screams “EW! What is this!!!” He spit his food out onto the table I got up to check and sure enough it was a bug of some sort ! Not sure if it was in the bowl itself or under the breading of the chicken because there was legs in the chewed chicken! Threw away 40$ worth of food. Beware if you buy from this location.

Probably one of the worst KFC locations. Chicken is legit wet, soggy, and half warm. All of my sides don’t taste like they usually do. Subpar quality which is sad because this location opened not too long ago. At least try to produce some kind of quality . It’s a shame.
