King's Wok III

I was very disappointed with my order and the service I received from this place. Firstly, when I called ahead to order, I was mislead about the pricing of my order. I was going off the online menu pricing and when I spoke to the lady she confirmed that my order would be $28, I repeated the price several times and her response was yes every time. Then when I got to the establishment the woman at the counter quickly and heavily accented said the price as I handed over my card. She immediately swiped it as I was asking her to repeat herself, she handed me the receipt and repeated the charged amount of $59! I could not understand how the price almost doubled! When I asked to clarify and repeated previous phone conversation, she laughingly said oh those online prices must be old, then the woman next to her spoke something in their language and then she handed me a new menu and said sorry for the confusion and emotionlessly pushed my food towards me and said have a good day. Not wanting to cause too much of a fuss and with seemingly no other option I took my food and left. I got home to my hungry family to find the chicken was deformed, small and too crispy with almost no meat. So I said all that to say I’m never going back there again.

Today is Tuesday and I took a chance to order from a different Chinese Restaurant considering my preferred restaurant is closed on Tueadays like many others.

I ordered 6 different items totalling $57. All just of poor quality. One dish was burned so bad that I ended up taking it back for a new dish which was much better but still the overall food was really bad tasting.

Shrimp Egg Foo Young - lacked shrimp and this was the burned and returned item. I literally counted 3 bites before I got a shrimp in my mouth.

Deep Fried Crab Sticks - Extremely crunchy coating with a very mushy tasteless imitation crab stick.

Grandfather Chicken - Tough chicken in a very sweet sauce.
Low Mein Noodles - Greasy, too greasy to eat.

This was a very bad experience for me and I will be returning to my Chinese Restaurant of choice.

I ordered a shrimp roll, went to go pick up the shrimp roll just for the lady to tell me she forgot!! Who does that!!!! Smh

I’ve been going here for 15+years but after my experience Wednesday I will never go back. I was sick for 3 days, and my girlfriend is still sick 5 days later. I don’t know what or why but we had no other way to have gotten sick.

The food was terrible! The 3 chicken dishes that I got: Sweet & Sour/Grandfather/Sesame the chicken was so tough it was hard to chew! The pork inside the Fried Wontons & Wonton Soup noodles was weird looking it was light tan instead of dark colored pork and it tasted terrible! The General Tso Shrimp looked so big, but it was all breading and the breading was horrible! The Egg Rolls were terrible, but the Shrimp Rolls were good! The Crab Rangoons were good, but they were tiny and there wasn’t hardly any filling inside the fried noodle! The Shrimp LoMein was really horrible it tasted like they spilled ginger in it there was a horrible taste to it! I couldn’t even eat it! My sister threw away her Sesame Chicken and Grandfather Chicken, because it was so hard to chew it wasn’t edible! They don’t even deliver you have to pick it up! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! IT IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE WORST CHINESE FOOD PLACES THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

This was usually my go to spot for Chinese food but the food I got today was just nasty!!! I ordered wings and shrimp fried rice l received plain fried rice and the wings were burnt and dry. I will never patronize this establishment again. Nasty food and a complete waste of money.

I like the gentleman welcoming guest as they walk in the door. The food was amazing top tier. I’m picky when it comes to rice but that rice was made so perfect. Well done. I’m definitely coming back.

Great Food , Bad Service. My wife ordered wings and online its states $4.00/(4) wings however I store their menu is entirely different stating 9$(4) wings. When we called to complain that there (2) menus are deceiving they stated to me on the phone that they don’t care because their menu is in store. After statement I felt hopeless because they acted like they did not care about our concern at all. I gave my phone number but have not received a call from the manager once yet. Very dissatisfied with customer service. Food is great though. ?
