I go to Moe's frequently maybe twice a month; typically not this one. I was the first to walk in no line, to only one employee, nothing was ready to go, all the food looked as if it had been sitting all day, they attempted to use the browned lettuce on my friends salad, which they intervened immediately and asked for new lettuce since it had obviously been sitting out all day to which he replied "That's understandable". So instead of replacing it like you should have a while ago, it took a customer to tell them I won't eat this for them to throw it away and get fresh stuff. Another employee finally comes out the back, a female, no uniform, messy hair, no hat or hair net, proceedes to ask me what I wanted started making my order, and then noticed they were out of stuff and started prepping food and dropping stuff in the deep fryer for about 10 minutes until the first employees finally figured he should help me and immediately messed up my order and had to start over again. By the time we got our food and started getting rung up it had been about 25 minutes. They gave me a significant discount but besides the awful service the store was FILTHY! The glass between the line and counter was so dirty and cloudy you could barely see through it. Crushed chips and trash all over the store. There were multiple spills in the dining area where they just put up wet floor signs and clearly made no effort to even try cleaning it up. Chips and trash in the cracks of the seat. An employee sleeping in the back booth with his legs sticking out all the way in the isle. Table clearly wasn't wiped. I will never eat here at this location again, if anyone in Moe's upper management reads this, save your store and start all the way over with staff, this place is going to give you a bad name and is horrible misinterpretation of your chain.
The food here does not match other local Moe's. The food is of lower quality and seems to sit out longer. The workers show no enthusiasm. Almost no will to live it seems. You being there distracts them from doing nothing and they hate you for it. They often run out of chips, but they will make more if you wait 10+ minutes. There are some employees that are really nice too, but I don't often see them.
I was there over the weekend and it was disgusting. From what I understand the store manager was the one I spoke to (a short women with brown hair) and she was rude and seemed very uneducated and I feel as though she lacked the skills needed to be a store manager. The food was horrible, the store was dirty and the service was just as bad as the rest. My suggestion to the owner is to wipe the slate clean and start fresh with new employees and maybe it will help save your location.
Workers appear to be hanging out in the back you get there and they get to you at there convenience. The place is dirty and in the 15 mins I was there the workers refilled there drinks about 3 times each. Worse Moes ever.
Went here over the weekend with some friends. The entire staff was unorganized, unfriendly, and arguing with each other and every customer. So disorganized and DIRTY, its really a shame. There was one worker there who was trying the best he could, not taking obvious short cuts, and actually cared about the quality of service and every single customer. A co-worker was being so mean to him and since her and the manager had a obvious flirtatious relationship, this poor kid was being so mistreated. I believe his name is Elisha or something. Everyones orders were mixed up by THE MANAGER, so Elisha kept trying to help him, make all the orders, and still managed to welcome every single customer with an amazing attitude. SHAME ON MOE'S MANAGEMENT! This worker deserves a raise for putting up with verbal abuse and it was so unprofessional of them to do it in front of customers. But Elisha took a deep breath, continued serving the customers and was so gracious about it.
