Had the special salad the chicken salad and tuna salad which was delicious but coleslaw was very soggy had to take it out and throw it away

Ordered a few sandwiches and a pizza and happy with the order. Sandwiches were large and tasty, pizza was solid, seemed like a premade crust but tasted good.

I like Nick’s. Pizza is thick and not sloppy. My wife likes cheesesteaks and kids love the pizza. I always get wings with no sauce. They always extra crunchy

We come here once or twice a week to get pizza. My English isn't good, but the woman at the counter helps me. I love this place. Thank you.

The wings are really good but I wasn’t crazy about the cheesesteak.

Customer service could be better. No smiles and the lady wasn’t the friendliest.. On top of that, I was not a fan of the pizza. It was dry, not much sauce and pretty bland. Would not order from here again nor would I recommend.

Pizza is amazing ! However the customer is poor due to the lady taking orders inside. She has no personality, rude, and only speaks to customers who she deems worthy .

IDK what it is about this place.their customer service SUCKS. They have the worst attitudes in person and on the phone, don't call these people at 9 oclock or 9:30, even for pickup, they're gonna mess your order up.

I ordered a cheese steak and a wrap, they drenched my cheesesteak in ketchup and didnt add any of the additions i wanted, they messed up the wrap too which was wild ,they half-assed fixing what they messed up. I'm done, door-dash the Williamstown location.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The employee refused to give my food to the DoorDash driver, claiming the driver was rude, even though I could clearly hear what was said. He was trying to kick the driver out of the store for no reason at all. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be ordering from here again.

This is not a pizzeria. The pizza is made on frozen perforated shells. I'd order a pizza from Wawa before ever ordering this pizza again. Even if this pizza was free all the time, I'd drive 30 minutes and pay to go elsewhere. It was not good. The mild wings sauce was awesome on the wings. The wings themselves were fine. However, I wouldn't trust them to be just as good again. Service was not friendly. Timing was fine. I will not be back unless they were open late and every other restaurant was closed. Then again, Wawa is open 24 hours.

Every single time, legit EVERY SINGLE TIME, I select an extra side of sauce; I don't get it. I pay for it every time and never get it. Honestly you probably owe me a car by this point. How hard is it to double check a ticket?! A one off I get. But every time?! Is there a sauce shortage? Is it a creative way to gain extra income?!

I ordered a cheesesteak and what showed up were 2 cheesesteaks but just steak no cheese or any toppings on it I ordered....literally 2 sub rolls with dry steak...I called and asked politely what happened and I got hangup on because she said she was busy...never again

Really good food. Love getting pizza here the cheese and sauce are amazing never had issues with the crust being burnt or anything I ate the whole thing. Always had a pleasant experience when I order out or dine in. Staff is friendly and straightforward
