Nick's Pizza

IDK what it is about this place.their customer service SUCKS. They have the worst attitudes in person and on the phone, don't call these people at 9 oclock or 9:30, even for pickup, they're gonna mess your order up.

I ordered a cheese steak and a wrap, they drenched my cheesesteak in ketchup and didnt add any of the additions i wanted, they messed up the wrap too which was wild ,they half-assed fixing what they messed up. I'm done, door-dash the Williamstown location.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The employee refused to give my food to the DoorDash driver, claiming the driver was rude, even though I could clearly hear what was said. He was trying to kick the driver out of the store for no reason at all. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be ordering from here again.

This is not a pizzeria. The pizza is made on frozen perforated shells. I'd order a pizza from Wawa before ever ordering this pizza again. Even if this pizza was free all the time, I'd drive 30 minutes and pay to go elsewhere. It was not good. The mild wings sauce was awesome on the wings. The wings themselves were fine. However, I wouldn't trust them to be just as good again. Service was not friendly. Timing was fine. I will not be back unless they were open late and every other restaurant was closed. Then again, Wawa is open 24 hours.

Every single time, legit EVERY SINGLE TIME, I select an extra side of sauce; I don't get it. I pay for it every time and never get it. Honestly you probably owe me a car by this point. How hard is it to double check a ticket?! A one off I get. But every time?! Is there a sauce shortage? Is it a creative way to gain extra income?!

I ordered a cheesesteak and what showed up were 2 cheesesteaks but just steak no cheese or any toppings on it I ordered....literally 2 sub rolls with dry steak...I called and asked politely what happened and I got hangup on because she said she was busy...never again

Really good food. Love getting pizza here the cheese and sauce are amazing never had issues with the crust being burnt or anything I ate the whole thing. Always had a pleasant experience when I order out or dine in. Staff is friendly and straightforward

Awesome service. I had a plain slice. It was fresh out of the oven. Crispy on the edge, pretty light and fluffy in the middle, lots of cheese. Had a chain pizza feel to it, probably baked on a pan/sheet. Pretty good, prices were right. Scored a Cherry Pepsi 20oz. Thanks.

Just don’t eat out anywhere in sicklerville you’ll be disappointed. lady in the front always has an excuse why food is never ready in time. Will take an hour just to make fries

Cold pizza.

Totally unprofessional owner. Disprespectful.
Does not value customers who spend the money for which they work very hard.
You do better off going to any other pizza establishment.
The owner thinks customers are nothing to him clearly.

Great service

Ordered earlier this week via a food app for pizza and a salad. I wish they had the option when ordering to edit your selections because when ordering a Greek salad I despise olives and they were very generous with them. Felt like they put half a jar in the salad.... So much brine I actually had to deconstruct the salad to wash the lettuce of it. Here's the part I don't understand though... They charge an additional .75 for dressing ....? What? I'm ordering a salad and then I have to pay for the salad dressing? It's not like I ordered extra dressing. If that's going to kill your profit just build it into the price of the salad. I also paid extra for garlic bread which came burnt and completely inedible. Idk if I'll order from here again.

First time ordering from Nick’s Pizza and it was ok. Ordered a cheesesteak and a hot roast beef sandwich on a long roll. The cheesesteak was decent I would definitely give them a try again but the hot roast beef was not for me. It came very very dry, I believe the gravy sauce it was supposed to come with was just soaked into the toasted bread.
