I have waited long for food. People get busy and I understand that completely but waiting an hour after being told 25 mins on a order i picked up from the store myself is crazy. I go in and they are just standing around doing nothing is ridiculous.Then they hand me my cheesesteak saying it "just got done" and it's cold. How the hell did my cheesesteak go from your grill to my hand and get cold that quick? Why lie? Why be lazy?This is a trash establishment that over charges and under delivers.
We ALWAYS order Nick's White Pizza. It's NOT what you're thinking, it's not a regular white pizza. The pizza is made with FRESH ingredients and the taste is BEYOND what I expected!! It's flavorful! Ingredients include, ricotta cheese, tomatoes, broccoli and mozzarella, the crust has a garlicky flavor; this pizza NEVER disappoints!! It is well worth it to try!! Employees are welcoming and the establishment is very neat and clean! This is a definite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Food has gone downhill not as good no as much and more expensive. They two Mexican workers at the desk they have are rude and lack any intelligence. I paid 35 for my food plus tipped over 5 dollars for my food to be delivered 1 mile and they forgot to put the TOMATO ON MY BLT the tells me I have to come pick it up or wait a hour nd a half. No reimbursement store credit nothing just a shrug of the shoulders. Been coming here since I was 11 maybe younger I’m 21 now nd probably won’t be spending anymore money in there. The other manager talk heavy set white guy he knows me by name and is always respectful and will find a solution if something is wrong those foreigners just lack good service skills. Gave yall a chance after my cheeseburger meal went up to 10 bucks now I’m not messing with it
