This location is terrible, I've been there 3 times and I always have to wait for what I ask for most of the items are always empty, then when I do finally get my food it's like a pound of rice and very little protein, I always leave there feeling like I got taken advantage of 3 times is more than enough. Every other location I have been too has been great

Young african american lady was very helpful and considerate after we were waiting a very long time in the drive through. It did look like nobody was even inside helping her she was. making food and answering the phone and doing the drive-through window. While the inside was empty, and everybody else was doing nothing

I ordered online for pick up at 6:30. Got there at 6:45 and foods not ready because they ran out of everything. If you ran out of food how do you accept the order? Waited super long and food is still not ready. It is now past 7pm. Unreal.

I got the teriyaki chicken, fried rice, and wontons. The food was very tasty, delicious!
Went through the drive thru ordered 2 items on the menu wanted 20 minutes, after they only gave us one meal. Later their manager on shift couldn’t support me in any of my ask (Daniel), till an employee on shift steered him in the correct direction. This place is horrible at the end of the day took a whole hour to get my food. While other people were also having trouble and reminding staff about their food they already paid for. Order time 12:46:28 Pm to 1:46 Pm

This Panda Express NEVER misses. Everyone is always nice and welcoming and the food is consistently delicious no matter what time of day or day of week we come. We have been going to this specific location for years and have always had a great experience but tonight is unlike others, Adam was exceptionally nice and had amazing customer service. He was calm even though it was pretty busy. Everyone worked as a team and I left out with my food smiling! Great team of employees here!
