Went through the drive thru ordered 2 items on the menu wanted 20 minutes, after they only gave us one meal. Later their manager on shift couldn’t support me in any of my ask (Daniel), till an employee on shift steered him in the correct direction.
This place is horrible at the end of the day took a whole hour to get my food. While other people were also having trouble and reminding staff about their food they already paid for.

This Panda Express NEVER misses. Everyone is always nice and welcoming and the food is consistently delicious no matter what time of day or day of week we come. We have been going to this specific location for years and have always had a great experience but tonight is unlike others, Adam was exceptionally nice and had amazing customer service. He was calm even though it was pretty busy. Everyone worked as a team and I left out with my food smiling! Great team of employees here!

Waited super long for my order. Usually I don’t mind bc I’m not a jerk. But my spring rolls weren’t very hot. No big deal. The big deal is spending $25 on 2 orders getting like 3 pieces of chicken and a pound of rice. Do better. I won’t be back. I feel like I wasted my money. Maybe this location doesn’t get a lot of business, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have food ready for customers. Now you just lost more business. If I wanted a bowl of rice, I would have made it at home. Oh, and they forgot my fork….
