First time in, clean place but very disappointed with portions. The pics of the food in the bowls online are nothing like the skimpy amt of meat topping they give you, the bowl is 90% rice. I probably won't return unless I have a deal.

DON’T ORDER DELIVERY. First order they gave me one apple pie roll instead of six, no money back or answer from corporate. Second order, THEY FORGOT THE CHICKEN IN THE MEAL, and only gave me back $6 which wouldn’t even be enough to buy the chicken they shorted me. 1/10 would not

I love the food. But sometimes they don't have everything cooked. I have gone there 2 hours before they close and they will tell me sorry we are out of that and we will not be making more because we are closing soon. Also check your boxes sometimes they are not filled all the way.

This place NEVER has food prepared. You always have to wait (a long time). Recently, I was told the wait would be “7 minutes” - it was 30 minutes (I was in the drive thru and in a rush). This has happened almost every time I’ve come here. Further, the quality of the food is extremely hit or miss - sometimes it’s good and other times the chicken is rubbery and inedible. Lastly, they need to evaluate their management as the main manager tends to be extremely rude. Once, while dining in with my three young children I again had to wait over 30 minutes for the food and when I politely checked on the status of the order (because my kids were hungry and restless), she literally yelled at me that they were busy and I was just going to have to wait. Such a shame, the place would be great with proper management.

I ordered the bigger plate with orange chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and steak, apple pie rolls and a side of the mixed greens.As you can see from the picture, the items on the bigger plate are delicious.The apple pie rolls are delicious ?.The greens are always flavorful and fresh.So, I guess you are wondering why the low overall score. Well, I love the greens but every time you go you have to wait for them to prepare them. Which usually isn't a problem because they are so good so I don't mind waiting.This time is the person filling my order never put the greens in my bag. I got all the way home to realize part of my order was missing.I go back and I say my greens were missing from my bag. The woman at the counter was gracious and made another one no problem. The girl who packed my order comes back to the counter and I say to her you forgot to put my greens in the bag and she looks at me as if she had never seen me before. She didn't apologize or even acknowledge her mistake.She goes to speak to the woman working the drive-thru and I can tell they're having a conversation about me and they're acting like it's not a big deal. That's where I have a problem. It is a big deal for me. Keep in mind I live about 25 minutes away so it's not like it's around the corner.Poor customer service interaction for sure. I love the greens so I definitely will continue to patronize Panda Express, but not at that location.

The person taking the order was great but she informed us that they were out of certain meats when it wasn't even 7:30pm and they closed at 10pm. The portions were fine but there was more vegetable than meat. If I'm paying the price I'm paying then I would expect more for my money.
