You need a different person answering your phones. The guy who answered today either wasn’t listening to what I was saying, as he was answering questions I didn’t have, saying things I didn’t say and issue unresolved. Maybe he doesn’t comprehend english too well and that’s fine, however not for answering phones to help customers with questions or orders. I don’t even want to eat from here after that

Lol I see alot of reviews about how the seafood boils was delicious and this and that. Yall need to stop lien fr. Yall must dont cook yall self or just didn’t care. First off, the waiter was VERY weird . Chinese lady to be exact. Very unprofessional. Fire her asap. Next, the “ seafood gumbo “ was not housemade, was definitely out a can and the waiter confirmed it. Tasted just like progressive soup LOL they wild for that one. Next the “ boil “ was decent definitely not worth the so called hype . This restaurant is BASIC needs a better cook 100% never going back ✌️ spent 80$ also.

My boyfriend and I have been to the Perfect Crab over several times now and not once have we had a bad experience. The staff is so nice and super welcoming; They even remembered us after the second time we went! The newer staff is also so friendly and very attentive. They make us feel really welcomed, which is great.

Whenever we go, we either get the Combo 1 or D and it's always great. Food is so good, very flavorful & fresh. Price is pretty fair too, in comparison to other places - We will definitely be returning customers. Love you guys!!

First time trying a seafood boil and it was amazing! The staff, environment, and food was great. Our server was very sweet and checked on us frequently. You can’t beat the prices either, great portions for a lower price compared to other seafood places. Very clean as well. Highly recommend!!

Big portions, friendly service and good prices. This was my second visit and it definitely didn't disappoint.

Disrespectful staff. Laughed at order choices, didn’t acknowledge presence, snatched menu after I finished placing my order. threw food and drinks on the table. I immediately left. Do not come here. it’s not just one person it’s the entire staff. Very unprofessional.

Went here for the first time and I was NOT disappointed!! My group got seafood boils and we all were so satisfied with the freshness, amount and the flavor!! We 100% will be back and telling others about this hidden gem!!
Also, it is BYOB with a liquor store next door for maximum convenience!

Got the Sunday special with snow crab legs, Dungeness crab legs and shrimp without the head. The food was delicious as usual and the service was quick.
