My boyfriend and I have been to the Perfect Crab over several times now and not once have we had a bad experience. The staff is so nice and super welcoming; They even remembered us after the second time we went! The newer staff is also so friendly and very attentive. They make us feel really welcomed, which is great.

Whenever we go, we either get the Combo 1 or D and it's always great. Food is so good, very flavorful & fresh. Price is pretty fair...

I absolutely love Perfect Crab—the food is always top-notch! However, I’ve noticed that the owners responses to less-than-perfect customer reviews come across as unprofessional and confrontational. It's important to maintain a courteous and respectful tone, even when addressing criticism. Future customers often read reviews before deciding where to dine, and these types of responses could potentially deter them from visiting your establishment. I hope this is taken constructively,...
