The call center has an employee who is incompetent. I went to pick up my order, and it was not put through. The guys at the counter were gracious and nice and took my order. If the call center cannot handle taking orders, then have the guys do there work at the restaurant location.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Let’s start off by saying I never received order that was supposed to be delivered. I had driver by the name of EMELY call me and say I’m outside of your door. That was very weird because I always opt for contactless delivery. As soon as the call was over I receive a message stating “your order was delivered directly to you.” I open the door. No one there and no pizza. I call the number provided for the driver and I tell her that I have not received my order despite her saying she gave it directly to me. EMELY then proceeds to ask “well what did you order?” I told her it didn’t matter what I ordered. So then hung up in my face and would not answer my call or message. I tried calling Pizza Hut and the phone rung for over 15 minutes. No answer. I was furious but what can I do. And I ordered directly from Pizza Hut site. I always give Pizza Hut in Jersey my business because that’s the pizza I’m familiar with back home in Texas but I see I will have to take my business elsewhere because what a huge let down and a big inconvenience.

Ive had issues here and there but this location particularly sucks ass . Does anyone wanna do their eying job anymore ? Guess not tried ordering take out and typed in my address and everything for it to not be my address and be yelled at by an unprofessional door dash driver over text etc... and for the order to not even appear on my account when it was sent to my email saying a confirmation and never received food .I couldn't even figure out where it was bc I asked the driver over text what address they were at and no response . idk Pizza Hut is becoming incredibly suss to me now but this location always gives me issues and now this makes me permanently avoidant to them .

The whole could have paid more attention to detail. I took over 1hr to make my pizza and stood in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. I even called and asked to speak with the manager, a team member picked up, and the mgr. never pick up the phone. Finally, after 35 mins in the drive-thru, the manager said she had them re-make my pizza because they made it wrong. There was no communication with me, nothing they (she) mgr. there was no communication. There was no apology from the team or the mgr. The pizza was dry and had little to no sauce on it. At this point, my order should have been complimentary.

My wife and I stopped on an impulse while driving past. We have never been to a storefront/ drive-thru Pizza Hut and completely in the dark as to how to get pizza from this window. I'm not kidding! The drive thru area was soo poorly illuminated that we weighed out leaving the doors locked and window up vs being able to order and receive the pizza responsible for this quest. Luckily Cameron popped his head out the window and was pleasant , funny and competent as he did a great job getting us served and on our way in what seemed like under 5 minutes. Cameron is the reason I'm writing a positive review. The shop lacks in a few areas but the staff carried the the day, got us exactly what we wanted and on the way. So He/ they deserve a but of praise .
Overall good experience there the food was hot and ready when I arrived and the staff were friendly and helpful

Staff is very disrespectful hung up on my twice I asked to speak with management so called manager gets on phone and I explained what happened and there was no apology or anything he literally said he can’t help what happened. Just because the staff didn’t understand what I was asking. Then the so called manager lied and said it wasn’t the guy that answered the phone. Very rude if this is how your running business I will never buy from any Pizza Hut again horrible customer service
