Unfortunately, you cant leave 0 stars. My family went to this restaurant last night because we wanted to go out for Cinco De Mayo. We knew it would be busy we waited the 90 minutes. While waiting there, we had a few drinks. One margarita was $21 which is absolutely insane. Beer was priced fair between $4-$5 drafts and bottles. So we get called that our table is ready. Our waitress came over and gave us the house chips and salsa and takes our order. NOTE...The waitress did NOT write anything down about our order, which each one had differences. Our food is delivered by the wait staff very promptly. Over 20 minutes goes by and our waitress is nowhere to be found. Our orders were incorrect and we were also missing an entire order so we wanted to straighten it out. She comes back and tries to hand us the check. At this point, my wife tries to explain that our order was wrong. She then tries to justify that they are really busy and basically "take it or leave it." She looked at my wife and said "you ate it so..." She basically called my wife a liar and my wife had to take out the tortillas and count them in front of her. What a joke. We then asked to speak to the manager several times, which never happened. As other reviews have stated, they offered 50% off for food we didnt even eat! During the conversation with the waitress, she got fed up and just left in the middle of us explaining the issue!!! Long story short, we were asked to leave!!! We were willing to pay for all the items we consumed. I will never go to this establishment ever again. WORST SERVICE EVER!! I really hope people stay away from here.

I've been here at least twice and once being the other day on my birthday with friends. I didn't want to make an issue, but I ordered carne asada and it was priced at $26 described as ribeye steak. I received two thin small pieces of serloin steak with a side of rice. No pico (as described) or guac. It was not worth the money they charged. When I asked the waitress about my meal, she said no I ordered the wrong thing. Didn't offer to get me something different. And I didn't want to make a problem. But I was super disappointed especially bc my friend paid and treated me to a meal I didn't enjoy.

The food itself was great, but they switched to one size only for margaritas and they charge $20 for something that I could get somewhere else for maybe $10/12. It was just such a rip off on that end. I’d go back there for just food but not to get a drink.

Plaza Azteca is my family's go to for authentic Mexican food. The service is always fantastic, the restaurant always clean, the staff always professional and smiling. We love Plaza Azteca and glad they are close to home. Great job Manager, cooks, and Staff.

As a local lover of restaurants By FAR the worst service and management in the area. One dish came so over cooked my daughter and myself was trying to chew one bite of meat for 5 minutes. Fine, just replace it. Waiter admitted it was a new cook. There response was that it is against corporate policy to send dishes back and they’d only give 50% refund if they take the dish back and I order a new one for another FULL PRICE. WHAT?!

The al pastor tacos left much to be desired. It's possibly the worst I've ever had. Tableside guacamole was great. The mezcal mixed drink was lacking. Great atmosphere. Subpar food.

Absolutely AVOID this place. If I could give zero stars I would! We were there Saturday March 30th. The food was nothing special, but our server Miguel was inattentive and our order was messed up, (he brought out the chicken quesadilla instead of beef which is what we ordered). We tried to get his attention for over 10 minutes, finally resorting to bother another server to ask him to fix our food before we got our correct entrees. He also forgot to bring our water. It wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if it wasn’t for the fact that we left an $8 tip on our $69 meal. Somehow this tip magically turned into $13 and some change which I know for a fact I did not leave. (I like to round to the next dollar, and we left a little bit more of 10% due to bad service). To make matters worse, it took over 2 weeks of me calling constantly to speak to a manager to even get a refund on the amount that I was overcharged, and I didn’t even get an apology! This is extremely ridiculous and I know for a fact that I will never come here again. You’re better off going to taco bell at this point. ZERO STARS AND BUYER BEWARE!!

So I went to this restaurant called Plaza Azteca in Sicklerville at 611 Berlin-Cross Keys Rd. For a late lunch. I ordered a shrimp fajita burrito. I received these 2 little maybe 6 inch shells. I asked the servicer can I get an actual burrito. This isn't nothing more than 2 fajitas. She says she has to speak to her manager. I asked the manager(Julio) for an actual burrito as well. He then tells me all of their burritos come like this. I then asked him to change out my order for actual shrimp fajitas then. He tells me he can give me 50% off my order. That I'm unsatisfied with and also haven't touched. I then asked him again to please change out my order. This is bad customer service. I will post all over social media. He told me go ahead. He doesn't care. After that I asked him for the corporate number and his name. He then said he need my full name as well. I told him he’s not getting my name. He left and about 5 mins later gave me a paper. Which had his store’s number instead.I grew up in the restaurant business. This is by far the worst experience I've ever seen from a corporate restaurant. So unprofessional.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Menu has many options. We had the guacamole with chips, fajita chicken nachos and chicken wings for appetizers. The nachos was good just not that big a portion for the price. We ordered the taco birra and chicken fajita. Our bill was about $150 very reasonable. Service was excellent. Our first time here we will most come back. Leidy was our waitress and she was amazing.
