I've been coming here since it opened. I feel in love with the turkey schwartzy. They always made them with lots of turkey, mounds of cole slaw and drenched in dressing. Never had any problems until the last few times I ordered here. They just don't put as much and I even pay extra to get extra coleslaw and dressing. This last time I received such a pitaful sandwich. Cost me over 35$ for a while with extra dressing. I hope they get back to what I feel in love with.

Placed an order a day they were running a 6.99 hoagie special an online order said it be ready by 6 o’clock. I got there. The place was swamped with people. I asked the girl if she can give me an idea how long it would be since my pick up time had passed the one girl at the front told me 10 minutes, I waited almost a half an hour went back up. Talk to another girl at the cash register who informed me she doesn’t even see my ticket on the line so the first girl clearly just lied to get me moving through the line and from what I was hearing from other people who were waiting over an hour, they kept telling people 10 minutes awful customer service handle the orders instead of shutting down and getting orders out that they had they kept taking orders and backing up even more . Then, when I asked for a refund, the girl told me she couldn’t do that and that she would take my name and number down like I would trust them to give a refund after the fact if they can’t even handle making sandwiches. I did get a refund looked confused when I asked for a receipt . I’ll never go back to this location if you’re smart you’ll clear or go to Glassboro or Sewell.

Ordered a couple hoagies and cheesesteak including a buffalo chicken cheesesteak which had to be hands down the worst food I ever tasted. The meat looked and tasted horrible.

I have never in my life had such a terrible experience. This was the slowest service I have ever experienced. Everyone was complaining how terrible the service is. I will never come back here or ever in my life recommend this place to anyone.!!!!!!!!??????

Every time i visit here, they forget a sauce or a side or something. Im getting tired of not making a review cause "i shouldn't sweat it."..... they should have to tip me for still patronizing them..... food used to be good. ONLY THIS LOCATION every other primo i go to i NEVER have a problem.... food sucked i couldnt even finish my sandwich.....i wont be back to this location

I am a disabled person that walks with a cane. I was waiting for a Lyft and was asked to leave the store 5 minutes before closing because the young lady wanted to go home. I felt like was very rude I only needed 10 minutes before my ride showed up which I explained. That didn't matter I was asked to leave. I will not be going back and this was my second time this week there. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Tried buying a party tray over the phone 5:15pm. Was told it’s 3 hoagies cut up it would feed 10 people. Great. Ill be there in an hour.. 93dollars tax included

Girl on phone says they can’t make it to order. Even giving them an hour for me to pick up because it would take too long for them to make.

I asked them if instead I can have the 3 hoagies but not cut.

They said they can do it for 97 dollars… more expensive and less work.

But can’t cut the hoagie because it would take too long..

I had to hangup before I said something

Ordered an American hoagie with extra bologna and paid extra only to have no bologna on the sandwich. Next time I will check before I leave the store!

I frequent this Primos location often. There was a quite a few times that my order was wrong. I called in my order for pickup today. When I got to the register gave my name and the guy repeated my order. Turkey and swiss, LETTUCE!! Wait, I let him know I asked for no lettuce because I am that .2% that is ALLERGIC to lettuce with many other food allergies. So he proceeded to attempt to open the sandwich stating he can check. Heck naw. Violation #1 you are at the register handling money, Im pretty sure this in the training manual under the stores guidelines. My point to this is you have millions of different customers patronizing your establishment. Hear what they are requesting when we order and take into consideration, EVERYONE does not have the same pallet MAY have an allergy to an ingredient. So please hear the person on the other end of line who is spending their hard earned money at your establishment and chose PRIMOS instead of MCDONALDS for their meal.
