This is the absolute BEST Haitian food I've EVER had in all my life! I am Puerto Rican & very pickie with food. The black rice is authentic & seasoned to perfection. The Oxtails are tender & seasoned to the point you must have MORE! Hands down, I advise you to try this spot. You won't regret it! The atmosphere feels welcomed like home. It is extremely clean & priced right. I encourage you all to support this wonderful establishment so they can continue satisfying our tummies the way they pleased my family & I. I seriously can not wait to go back next week!! This husband & wife work very hard to please & I acknowledged this. They were very friendly, leaving us with the desire to return which is rare these days. They're hands on with their customers & continue to ensure we were content, asking if we needed anything else. The real deal. Food was amazing and these guys were super accommodating. We got the beef patty, ox tail with black rice and sweet plantains, creole shrimp with rice and beans and the Mac, they also brought out a cheesecake that was really good. Was our first time there and will definitely be back. Thanks everyone 👍

Ok, I went here on a Sunday afternoon and I was totally blown away and impressed. The food and service was awesome. The owner came to our table and welcomed us and help serve us. He made us feel like family. The food was the best. Those were the best cooked and seasoned oxtails I have ever had. This place is an absolute must visit and highly recommend.

Me and my husband drove 90 minutes from North Jersey. And when we stepped in the restaurant the ambience, the décor and lovely aroma captured me right away. It took me to tropical location immediately. The owner and his wife were so pleasant and he walked through the whole menu and made great suggestions. We got the Oxtail, fried pork, black rice, rice and beans, macaroni and cheese, creamy corn bread. The complimentary chicken Patty was delicious, so flaky, so light. We ordered additional 4 patties to go. Everything was so fresh. Everything was so seasoned. It was so good. We finished everything and ordered an additional meal to go. We definitely recommend you come out and try if you're in the area or don't mind the drive.We're certainly looking forward to his future location in central jersey **fingers crossed** Will definitely be back 🍒💋💯

Sasha’s was a delight! I felt like I was catching up with cousins I haven’t seen in years. Their restaurant was clean which is a huge plus for me, the owner was so polite, attentive, and funny. I love Haitian Food so I already knew I’d enjoy the food there. Everything was cooked to perfection with a lot of familiar ingredients that I’m use to, the Diri Djon Djon was wonderful, the hint of coconut was perfect. The chicken was great,amazing flavor and the fried goat. I hope to try the snapper in the future.

I think their food is very good. I never been disappointed. Just disappointed when it's gone. The reason for the one star is because I always get one potato and I think a few more would be a game changer. I have never eaten inside so I can't speak to the in restaurant dining experience. However, the service at the counter is friendly.

We are new to south Jersey. So of course I knew the Haitian food wouldn’t have been as great as North Jersey but this restaurant came really close. This is our go-to restaurant and come here all the time. Today was the first time that I ordered the Legume and it came with shellfish. I ordered not one BUT TWO orders. To most seafood lovers this would be heaven, but to me it’s deadly as I’m allergic to shellfish. Because I know Haitian culture, I did not ask for a refund or food exchange. I simply called them to tell them for future reference it would be helpful to let the caller know that their meal contains a FOOD ALLERGEN! The times I’ve ordered legume from there it never contain seafood otherwise I would’ve asked and PAID for something else that I can actually eat. By the end of the conversation sis said *click* and hung up. No apology let alone the option for a new order. Very poor service. And I wish that this mistake doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. Maybe for future reference they could’ve simply indicated that THIS WEEK the legume contains crab and shrimp. It’s that SIMPLE!

The red snapper!!!! Amazing …and portion sizes were huge . Very nice staff and clean place. Freshly cooked food takes a little while to be ready but I feel it’s well worth the wait. I recommend 😊

This restaurant is no joke the food, the service, the ambiance was beyond my expectations. I went with family so we all got different platters. I got the shrimp creole with cabbage and black mushrooms rice. I loved all of it but really liked the rice. The drinks was also exceptional. Took some soursop to go. Never had Haitian mac and cheese and it was really good too. If your looking for some great food at a cozy restaurant this is the place to go. Definitely will be returning.
