The food was delicious. Listen, I was looking for a new place to eat for lunch and messed around, and found a diamond in the rough. Food prices were affordable, and the portions sizes were a plus. Customer service was on point. Very clean, and we will be coming back soon. I would recommend looking for something tasty and soulful. Bingo Victoria Kitchen is the place.

The customer service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious!

Waiting time is ridiculous and needs to be fixed, just like the other reviews stated they tell you one time and make you wait…and wait..and wait. They politely lie to your face knowing the food is no where near done. The food is mediocre at best and the waiting time is not justified. Have compassion for others peoples time it’s not hard.

They say 10-15 mins on the phone. I get to the store and they have me waiting another half hour for two simple things. Trash

the lady at the front is the rudest person i have ever seen. she told me the food is ready and she made me wait 50 mins and she gave me someone else's order. I just wasted $50. im telling everyone not to come here. how can a business stay alive with this kinda person at front.

Sorry but everything was a miss and overpriced I was tryna support but damn

The food was soo unsatisfactory everything was super greasy including the fish, the brown rice was hard, and the veggies salty and greasy,, like I just couldn't understand why my platter was so messed up like that.

Waited for our food for an hour and a half. While we were waiting for an hour they ended up running out of half of what we ordered so we didnt even get what we wanted. Half of the shrimp entre that we got as a substitute were raw and the one side we did order originally was cold. Please do not waste time and money here

Ordered from menu on website but when I called to place the order the items on the site were not available (3 piece wing & 5 pieces of fish). Preserved the smothered turkey chops, Mac & cheese, and collards greens, 5 shrimp and 1 piece of basa, string beans and Mac & cheese. I ordered the salmon Alfredo that was a special when I got there. The salmon Alfredo was cold. I think they microwaved it bc one side was cold and the other was hot. The turkey chops were more bone and grizzle than meat with minimal gravy. Mac & cheese was meh. No string beans so we ordered spinach that was just salty. The best menu item was the strawberry lemonade. So disappointed!

Absolutely no consistency with staff, service, or quality of food!! A total waste of my time and money!!!
