Starbucks what can you say about Starbucks, always good coffee sandwiches are not that good they don't have a lot of cakey like treats no ice cream, but they have good coffee and coffee style drinks everybody knows what Starbucks has

Every time I come here I spend 20 mins waiting. Unacceptable.

Ordered the caramel apple spice. She began making the macchiato version. I attempted to correct her. She proceeded to turn to the other two co-workers behind the counter and pointed out the difference between the two drinks. She continued making the same drink regardless, put it on the counter and walked away. The drink went right in the trash.
Hours says they are open until 9pm. I arrived at 4pm to do some shopping at Target. I walked up and asked if they were open because everything was dark. Now I have a crying toddler in the car because she couldn’t get chocolate milk. I know management is doing the best they can (at least I hope they are). But there should be no reason to close in the middle of the day. We are extremely short staffed at my job but we wouldn’t dare to close in the middle of the day.

I stopped in to do some shopping and stopped on my way out to get a coffee after. The baristas working were super friendly, especially Kaylee! She was so kind and friendly and on top of it, my drink was perfect. I will definitely be coming back to this location versus going to the one that is a little bit closer to me because of the customer service here.
