This place has fallen too..I have long time not going there, the order still messed up. Every time messed up the order. Last time ordered the frappe and forget the topping, this time forgot the drizzle what supposed is on it. Long time waiting and still can't get a right order.... Won't be back!!!

Overall the service and smiles at this location are what made the experience worth it. Staff members were quick to attend to the customers, worked hard to keep the surfaces wiped down and mobile/pick-up stations were kept organized for easy order finding.

I have never sat at a table there before (always drive thru). We waited for a friend (who was late) to order. No one bothered us, or asked if we were going to order. They were very nice & they werent overcrowded on a Sunday afternoon. There was a minor hiccup with using my Stars, but that only confirms I need to order online in advance, so I have total control. Its all good. I love Starbucks.
The iced beverages are tasteless here. I love the strawberry açaí with lemonade. But only at this location it always taste like just ice water. Very difficult to get the correct strawberry and lemonade balance here.

came to get drinks with my mom for her birthday- you get a free drink on your birthday- and my app wasn’t letting me redeem the drink. helena was super sweet and was very helpful with the issue. great customer service!

The old lady gave me the wrong size, a smaller size. which was just pure ice and 5% drink.
Unfortunately all of the coffees in my ordered tasted burnt and very bitter. Do not recommend, the young lady making the coffee here needs more training. Tried to order hot cabinet items, had no stock despite their sign not saying it was sold out

Not sure if they are subbing iced coffee for cold brew or just not making it right but I paid 8$ for an extremely watery “cold brew” almost see through with no flavor in it what so ever.
Management please make sure you train your staff on the proper ratio for drinks

Don't bother placing a mobile order because it won't be ready and they'll ask you to keep looping around behind other people who haven't ordered because they couldn't be bothered to pull your order. Nick provided horrendous customer service when asked about this "policy"

This is my favorite Starbucks. I try to work here for at least an hour every day and have gotten to know everybody over the past two years. They’re also kind and caring, great you with compassion whether you’re a new customer or a daily regular. The drinks always come out great.
