This Starbucks is amazing !!! Every employee in there is so friendly and very welcoming. Michelle is absolutely and by far the most welcoming and genuine person I’ve ever met in food service.

This location is completely mismanaged and feels totally out of sync with other corporate Starbucks stores. The inconsistency in service, drink quality, and overall cleanliness is hard to ignore. Starbucks built its brand on reliability and a consistent customer experience—this store completely misses the mark and damages that reputation. Disappointing every time and I blame it on management.

Incompetence - multiple visits where the staff cater completely towards Door dash/mobile orders and ignore in person customer. Wrong drinks. No apologies . Fyi. My drink is very simple

This place has fallen too..I have long time not going there, the order still messed up. Every time messed up the order. Last time ordered the frappe and forget the topping, this time forgot the drizzle what supposed is on it. Long time waiting and still can't get a right order.... Won't be back!!!

Overall the service and smiles at this location are what made the experience worth it. Staff members were quick to attend to the customers, worked hard to keep the surfaces wiped down and mobile/pick-up stations were kept organized for easy order finding.
Also had a delicious, moist slice of Iced lemon cake.

I have never sat at a table there before (always drive thru). We waited for a friend (who was late) to order. No one bothered us, or asked if we were going to order. They were very nice & they werent overcrowded on a Sunday afternoon. There was a minor hiccup with using my Stars, but that only confirms I need to order online in advance, so I have total control. Its all good. I love Starbucks.
The iced beverages are tasteless here. I love the strawberry açaí with lemonade. But only at this location it always taste like just ice water. Very difficult to get the correct strawberry and lemonade balance here.

came to get drinks with my mom for her birthday- you get a free drink on your birthday- and my app wasn’t letting me redeem the drink. helena was super sweet and was very helpful with the issue. great customer service!
