I went at a busy time of day, lunch. I must've called 5-6 times and the phone was busy so I knew I had to go in to order. I got a special which was a great price. Also ordered a the Tues hoagie special, an additional hoagie and fries w chz. It was about $36 and came out pretty quick. It was definitely worth the wait!

Chicken parm was very good, but the baked ziti was overcooked. I went back Thursday for pot pie, was told I couldn't pre order and when I arrived at 4 the pot pies were gone because of... pre orders. Not going back

Ordered trays for Super Bowl n the place was mobbed. Got home n items were missing. Called to let them know n they were quite rude! I understand they were busy but they should not have taken orders if they couldn’t fill them! Went back to pick up the missing items n was asked r u sure didn’t get this?😡 Got home n still missing the chicken platter but not going back for it! People were all complaining! Will never order again from here!

I got a roast beef and yellow American hoagie. I don't like lettuce but I did get tomatoes, onion, mayo and black pepper on it. I asked for salt but the woman at the counter said "we don't do that, there's sodium in the lunch meat. We're trying to feed you, not kill you ". I thought that was a nice sentiment. The bread was good, the lunch meat was not plentiful and the cheese was hard. The tomatoes were green inside and had no flavor. I don't know if they forgot the mayo all together but I didn't taste any. The place was packed so maybe it was just a fluke that my sandwich was lacking. I'd be willing to go again and try something else just because the staff was super friendly, the place was clean and it was busy.

I called them and kept getting put on hold, being answered with an attitude, being told weird information that didn't make sense and she even insulted my intelligence by trying to make me do the math for an order when it was my first time ever calling. They really need to up their game on customer service.

While I enjoy their food there service seriously needs some help. Ordered a tray for Christmas eve 2024. They told me that I could pick it up at 10 am. Needless to say my husband has been there since 9:45 am and it's now 11:37 and he's still there waiting to pick it up. Never again

I ordered Thanksgiving Dinner for 3. My son and daughter-in-law just had a baby and I wanted to bring them Thanksgiving dinner. But what we ate was fast food because I was never told the food pick up was on Wednesday. When I called in Friday to tell them what happened, the women a who took my call insisted everyone was told it was Wednesday and she was arguing with me. Never again! This place has older women( working the counter answering the phones and taking orders and u say with such confidence that everyone was told. Maybe if u had a system that would be true. And why did I give u my phone number? When u saw I didn’t show for my pick up time why wasn’t I called! This place runs it business like a joke.
