I can not express the grateful & kindness of the Manager Antoine at this location. I dont eat fast food often. I just have to say Antoine praised his workers & thank them for doing a great job, he was lifting their spirits. He lifted mine & my boyfriends. Its very rare you hear this coming from a manager. Not out in the open the way he did. I would diffently want him for a boss. You could see the smile on each employees face. What a nice man. He was very respectable to everyone, including us & thee other customers. He makes his employees feel right at home. All employees should be treated like this. It makes them like their job more. I was in the food business for yrs & some days I didnt even want to go to work, due to disrespectful bosses..

I just waited a half an hour in line to order my food and wait for it to be prepared because I couldn’t go through the drive-through because they didn’t accept cash so I had to go inside there’s 20 people working in there and not one of them are getting anything done ridiculous

Sad ,store no credit card at drive thu ,long lines inside. Half the staff is outside behind drive thu sign ,no one taking orders inside, standing inside for ten minutes with no one getting any thing. I left. I used like going to this my local location, it is poorly run ,it's dirty inside. I will have to go to a different one

Ordered a Dave’s Double and nuggets on DoorDash and found a 4 inch long hair in my burger. Nuggets were cold. Wasted $33 dollars.

No diet soda? Really? If there’s an issue with the machine that has all of the sodas and for some reason only the drinks with sugar are working then maybe tell the customer that? Don’t just give them a drink that has sugar when they asked for diet and not tell them. When I go back and complain then they want to tell me that I was given a sugary drink because the diet drinks aren’t working. How about lead with that next time.

This particular Wendy's is often quite slow to deliver its service and is highly susceptible to not fully completing an order. I visited here a few times, but this last time is likely the final visit. It took over 20 minutes to get our food, only for it to be wrong. It then took an additional 10 minutes to get the order corrected. The staff seems nice and friendly, but there seems to be a disconnect when it comes time to deliver.

Went to this location last night and the girl at the window had an attitude the whole time, and when I got home and bit into my chicken sandwich I realized they never fully cooked the chicken patty. I’m really disappointed in sicklerville Wendy’s.
