My father ordered no onions on his burger because he’s deathly allergic to them. The lady in front of us was waiting for 30 mins for 3 burgers. When he brought the burger back up and said this isn’t funny I could die if I ate this. The one girl says that’s rude and gets loud with him. So me being 30 and my dad being 66 I said don’t yell at my father like that and just kept saying I wasn’t up here. Ok good I don’t care who’s up there the man said I’m allergic no onions and they just acted like who cares. Don’t eat her the staff is very unintelligent they stand around and do nothing. They all act better then the rest of us. I repeat find a different Wendy’s

First of all went in there went to the counter Lady tried being funny and saying oh well you didn't come to the counter you went straight to the bathroom I said no I literally came to the counter nobody came over to me so I just kind of said screw it on go over and order my cell food in the drive-thru so I went to the bathroom but on the whole way walking in slid across the floor so to cross to the bathroom a sliding in the bathroom their floors are like the most oily disgusting greasy things I've ever met my whole life walking into a restaurant that's the last thing you want to go and walk into a food service and be sliding across their floors and their excuses were oh well we were walking where we're making food so we're carrying oil out I'm so sorry oh well it must be your shoes oh well we clean the floors and I was like well I'm sorry but I do cleaning services on the side and I've been cleaning for a very long time so you straight up those floors are greasy you can see the markings of grease sitting on the floor and the lady had every excuse why it must have been instead of just saying okay I need to clean it I'll make sure we get up on that and she thought she could just tell me oh I must see your shoes and give me excuses and like if that was a student a kid a family somebody trying to walk on and say if they had a bad hip and they were walking on it they're sliding on that floor because it's so disgusting and then on top of it they also had people wearing Crocs and there on and on slip floor that they're supposed to be walking on they're wearing Crocs that doesn't look like non-slip shoes to me just ridiculous going there
The location on Blackwood Clementon Rd is a disaster the employees and managers Jamere so unprofessional and disrespectful, i wtoos qt the counter for 6 minutes while they all walked by never even acknowledge that I was standing there, Jamere very rude and truly dis respecting me yelled as i walked out the door MAKE SURE you spell my name right. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know about the poor service

I normally don't leave reviews but the fact that they sold me the most disgusting salad I've ever had in my life! It's salad, the only thing you have to do is to make sure that it's fresh! Y'all can't even do that right. All the lettuce at the bottom was brown, and the chopped tomato was mushy. The bacon and chicken looked old. They gave me expired ranch dressing and crispy fried onions! I purchase the salad on 3/12/24 it should not have been bad by 3/13/24. Oh the cherry on top there was an alive ant in my salad. I would never recommend anyone to eat there! I know whoever reads this will be quick to say "well then cook at home then" and you're absolutely right. Wendy's will never get another dime on my money!
