I ordered a pretzel baconator on the moible app 11/10. They filled My mobile order without telling me they didn’t have the pretzel bun anymore. They just put on a regular bun. When I went back in they told me we don’t have it so we put on a regular bun. It’s not want I wanted. If I wanted a regular bun I would have ordered a regular baconactor. The employees were very rude about it. The pretzel bun costs more.

The drink station has no straws and was empty. The condiment station didn't have any cups for the ketchup. The cup holder for the Ketchup cups was dirty. The other holders (napkins, condiments, etc) were empty. There was a manager who walked through the area and didn't correct anything. The decor is worn and old. I'm expecting it to be shiny and new...but it was busted in some places. Flies were buzzing everywhere in the dining room. Clearly no pride in the ownership or the management.
There always a bit behind in the Williamstown area on the blk horse pike but when your on a budget the crispy chicken biggie bag will never disappoint

I went to Wendy's on Saturday, July 6th 2024. Like most people, just looking for something to eat while I was out and about. I chose to eat inside, as I didn't want to wait to drive home. Big mistake.
There was only me and one other person inside. I ordered my food, and sat down to eat. The tables were so greasy and disgusting, I think even the flies that were buzzing around refused to sit there. My fries were cold, so I went back up to exchange them. The kid behind the register made no attempt at an apology, just mumbled something to the guy cooking the fries, and I got some fresh ones. As I walked past the only other patron, he remarked that his fries were cold too. I told him "go and change them, you paid money for them right?"
When I visited the bathroom, it smelled like the fruit bat enclosure at the Philadelphia Zoo on a hot day. It must have been weeks since this place ever saw bleach and a mop and bucket.
With all these things going on inside, it makes me wonder about ever getting something from the drive-through.
