Writing this after having placed my order 25+ minutes ago. Still sitting here in the store waiting on my food. Place isn't even busy. I could've walked to another restaurant, been seated, ordered, and started eating my food by the time they hand me the food I ordered. Spend your time and money elsewhere. 5 minutes later so 30+minutes now, still no food.
Finally got my food. The wings look like they came from a chicken that got 2 whole days to grow before harvesting. The sauce is pretty good. The fries came out undercooked and soggy. Idk if I got the bottom of a bag or if this is how they serve it but I only got little bits of fries and not whole fries. They don't have a garbage to throw your trash away. And they don't have paper towels in the rest room. Its wings, its messy, an air dryer ain't cutting it. Go to your local pizza place and get a better basket of wings 100%.

Tried to order ahead due to only having cash and limited time on my work break, woman on the phone stated I could not order ahead due to them “just opening and not having anybody on register” to take my order. Never had this issue prior, it is inconveniencing for people who want to order ahead on a time crunch, especially knowing it takes 30-45 minutes for them to get your order done.

Food’s usually good, but the wait times are ridiculous. You can put your order in 30-40 minutes ahead of time and still wait an additional 30-40mins when you arrive. Every time you ask, employees says “a few minutes, yours is next, I’m working on yours now”. I can’t always blame them, because it’s clear they are always understaffed which is a management issue, not there’s. But it’s just wild their times are never accurate
