Amy's Omelette House Somerdale

REFUSED SERVICE we came in was immediately seated at a table for 25 min reviewing the menu with my family and we were not offered anything to drink or eat the waiter never came to the table.Then another table came in after my family was seated at a table behind us the waiter took there order and served them while we waited. While we were never served or greeted.When we got up and left none of the staff said anything just watched my family leave.I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I called to speak with a manager and was denied my request.Was told there was no supervisor there and no manager is available.PLEASE DON'T WAIST YOU'RE TIME OR MONEY IN THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS U WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS.

Amys used to be generous with their portions. I paid $17 for potatoes and enough steak for a 1 inch roll. I USED to come here for their quantity and consistent quality. This almost felt disrespectful.
Edit: Foods consistent on certain days. I figured I'd try it again and it was much better recently.

When we went it seemed there was only 2 working the whole room. Maybe short staffed for the day. Our waitress was kind and answered our questions, I just felt there should have been another person.

The food is excellent and portions large. Our server Aaron is one of the best we've ever had. He's professional, courteous and makes you feel welcome to be there. We request him every time. An awesome restaurant!

Huge menu. Tons of options for meat eaters and vegetarians. Little if anything vegan listed on the menu. For me, it gets 2 stars; my friends (who eat meat and dairy) would give it 4.
