Applebee's Grill + Bar

The best Applebee's I have been to in a long time. Great location- right next to the cinemark. We came for late night happy hour after seeing a movie and were seated right away, no wait for food. Gianna was out server and she was amazing, very prompt and ready with drink refills without having to hunt her down.

Went on a Sunday and I been sat down they never came back to ask for our drinks. 20 mins go by and other people have been sat down and served before us while we still waiting to be asked what kind of drinks we wanted. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all !

Some of the BEST service I’ve had at any Applebees…..to NOT have an issue and have a manager (Robin) still come check and make sure there was no issue…superb.

Walked in to make a take out order and caught the bartender aka manager for a pina colada. Two thumbs up thank you makes want another great drink and food.

Love it here, the staff is wonderful. The manager Robin always checks in on me whenever I come in.

Absolutely not worth the time to eat here. Food took half an hour to cook and it was only two burgers and less than a handful of fries. Waitress’s excuse was that they got busy and the cook was backed up. Even when it didn’t get busy until after our order got put in. Please if you have time to waste and want to get overlooked definitely come and eat here

The most disgusting place to eat as soon you got the door it was smelling like vomit 🤢
I waited 20 minutes to get served. Then another 30 minutes I asked for boxes to take my food out they didn't even gavee fork. That manager they need to fired him
I told him what was going on and he just shaked . I felt discriminated

Robin was phenomenal in helping our large party upon our arrival. She was very detailed and made sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the service from the woman behind the bar (can’t recall her name). Unfortunately we were very displeased with our waiter, but still giving 5 stars thanks to Robin and the food was great.

Terrible service, the waitress told her 3 times what I wanted to order and anyway she brought me what was not and incomplete… I waited more than 45 minutes for a salad… the table in front of me had appetizers and they were about to finish their plate of food and I'm still waiting...I prefer the place in Deptford...I'm not coming back here.
